Cleaning crew are very nice and eager to clean your room daily. Despite front desk not speaking English, they are patient and helpful using translation apps helping me find a photocopy store, scanning my passport for eVisa requirements, organizing me transportation, storing my bicycle in the security room, and even calling the Entry-Exit Bureau for me for updated land border crossing information.
