This hotel is grand in structure and the "only" place for locals to have their wedding banquets but not so grand for international guests.|No English spoken in the hotel and this attribute is carried into the breakfast room - not one dish or drink is identified with English sub-titles and no cutlery other than chopsticks provided. Eating an egg with chopsticks is not that easy.|Further on breakfast, local tourists empty the coffee, tea and hot water urns into their Thermos flasks to take out.|The wait staff make no attempt to disguise their unhappiness in the job.|To the rooms: room and corridors reek of cigarette smoke, but are spotlessly clean. Hot water in the showers is hot but supplied as a dribble only.|The mattress is hard and you probably be more comfortable sleeping on the floor.|Saving grace was that the windows could be opened and the over-hot air con disabled.|Don't bother looking in the hotel directory/services folder unless you read Uighar.|Travelling is fun.

酒店位置佳，自助早餐豊盛，服务也很棒。附近还有許多的美食、烽火台及农贸早市。店前有公交至火車站及庫车老街。唯一不足之处卫浴設施𣎴达标。

I'm English so first thing to know is they accept foreigners. New, modern, clean hotel, the bed in our room was huge and very comfortable. Good shower but the drainage could be better, windows opened and had good places to dry clothes. Location is in the new city, but we found an excellent restaurant and bar (Sakura) nearby, otherwise taxis easy to get from outside hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is a 5* hotel and it really live up to its standard. Hotel lobby is really really grand and spacious which is very rare for hotel in a suburb city. ||Receptionists are cheerful and friendly, and service request was promptly attended and delivered. Every room has a wifi router to cater to your need. Wifi speed is reasonably fast to allow you to update your apps in the AppStore. ||Room is spacious, neat and cleaned. Toilet has a enclosure for shower which is the best arrangement as this helps to keep the toilet dry and neat. ||Breakfast spread was really good, coffee is available here too that meets the needs of many foreigners who must have a cup of coffee to begin a new day. The cafe that serves the breakfast was so huge that you really can pick your choice without having to crash into people. The other good arrangement is that there are different counter of foods that are wide spreading apart. This is to ensure there will be no long queue lining up for foods. You are free to pick your choice at different counter to start a good morning.

大堂光猛華麗，一入去就知道係豪華酒店。||出乎意料，房間佈置甚為簡潔，感覺舒適。||似乎新疆每間酒店都必備茶包和礦泉水，如果沒有才是奇怪。||浴室和洗手間非常乾淨，完全沒有異味，比阿克蘇那家酒店好得多。||窗外景觀開揚，但望落全是樓房，不睇也罷。||不過，酒店的免費Wi-Fi速度甚慢，令人失望。||酒店雖然位處市中心，周圍卻沒有甚麼商店，畢竟這裏仍然是地廣人稀的新疆。||同南疆其他大城市的酒店一樣，在這裏吃早餐也如打仗般，倒塔咁早就要落去霸位。||這間算是豪華酒店，所以食物頗為豐富，選擇也多。||這裏的烤饢雖然美輪美奐，但可惜全部凍冰冰，一點也不好吃。||蘭州牛肉麵新鮮即拉，算是不錯，不過好多人排隊，想食就要有點耐性。

I was surprised that the frontline staff were not as friendly as other hotels in China that I went too. The Han chinese seemed to be the leading the team and I wish they were sent to some courses on how to receive international guests.||||However, I would like to highlight the hospitality given by a Uighur waitress who served and waited for us to finish our late dinner. She made our day with her smile and calm composure. ||||Breakfast was continental and the wait staff were proactive. Food served was warm and good quality.||||The rooms we had smelled of cigarette despite being on a non-smoking floor. Hope they can scent the rooms for a better room experience.

With a vast lobby of marble, huge rooms including adjoining area for business along with a separate shower and bath the place is Grand. A spotless room and bathroom tastefully furnished with a comfortable king sized bed.|Breakfast for westerners is OK. The orange juice was a strange color but tasted of OJ and the peach ‘sauce’ actually juice was very good (more quirky Chinglish). Coffee and black tea are on offer and good. The fried eggs unfortunately are left out and cold not cooked fresh. The toast bread was very nice and not sweet, a refreshing change from some other Chinese hotels I have frequented recently. There is also fresh fruit and yoghurt. If you like Chinese breakfast there is plenty of choice.|If you forgive the external architectural nightmare and concentrate on the interior you will appreciate Kuche Grand Hotel. It has abundant parking.|Chinese dinner in the restaurant 2nd floor was good also.
