酒店的环境时尚且优雅，设施维护很用心。| 特别要提及，酒店忠诚客户经理Oliver贴心安排，可以说和酒店的咖位很匹配，让我更加信任和依赖艾美。| 15楼客房打扫阿姨张全香女士卫生做得很仔细，每个角落都是一尘不染，让我住得安心舒适。她还很关注细节，天气热会很贴心的加水等等，这些感动都会增加我下次入住的决心。| 感谢艾美让我更加喜爱杭州。

We truly enjoyed our stay, top facilities, excellent and professional service staff especially Shawn, Lance and a female receptionist who helped me with Tao Bao purchase. They are so patient, friendly and helpful, 5 star indeed. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and new. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. The kids were entertained by the conceirge robot.

客房的陈玉霞特别有爱，看到我们带着小婴儿，就帮我们拿来了小帐篷，解放了妈妈的双手。宝贝特别喜欢。正好遇到雨季，酒店没有除湿器了，床品湿哒哒的，玉霞还给我们送了空气净化器，然后除湿器空出来，第一时间拿来给我们。真的很贴心

打扫阿姨陈玉霞很好。很贴心。服务很好很nice。本来对酒店印象一般，但是阿姨拉高了我对酒店的印象。一惯懒得写评价，这次实在是觉得阿姨很好。忍不住要留。

I was a guest at the Meridien Binjiang and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for excellent service with a great location. Special shout out to Lisa , the front Manager who went out of her way to make sure that I was safe and made arrengements for my transportation. Over all Its a great place to stay in all aspects . I plan to revisit it in my next opportunity.

This Google-labeled 3-star hotel is more like a 4-star one. Room is clean, breakfast has good varieties, cleaning crews are really nice. It's at a quite convenient location - about 20 minutes walk to Line #6 subway, 8 min to Line #4. Special recognitions goes to Ms. Ava Li at the clublounge who is always cheerful; Sunny at the breakfast cafe who always greets us with a smile; Ms. Gao of the night-shift house keeping who quickly helped us settled in; and Ms. Du of the daytime house keeping who always quickly fulfilled our needs. Suggestions to the management team: 1) the front desk should be able to break bills for customers; 2) "coffee-served-in-black" means no sugar or cream added; 3) enhance professional training of all staff, please try to smile more.

这家谷歌标记的三星级酒店更像是一家四星级酒店。房间干净，早餐品种好，保洁人员态度很好。它的位置非常方便 - 步行约 20 分钟即可到达地铁 6 号线，步行 8 分钟即可到达地铁 4 号线。特别感谢俱乐部酒廊的Ava Li女士，她总是很开朗；早餐咖啡馆的Sunny总是微笑着迎接我们；夜班保洁的高小姐很快就帮我们安顿下来；白天客房清洁的杜女士总是很快满足我们的需求。 对管理团队的建议：1）前台应该能够为顾客打单； 2）“黑咖啡”是指不添加糖或奶油； 3）加强所有员工的专业培训，请尽量多微笑。

Nice looking hotel, clean and new. Standard of the fixtures and fittings are high. Good breakfast.Only problem was that upon checking in I had to request a change of rooms twice due to previous patrons having smoked in the rooms.

酒店看起来不错，干净又新。固定装置和配件的标准很高。早餐很好。唯一的问题是，在办理入住手续时，由于之前的顾客在房间里吸烟，我不得不两次要求换房间。

第一次入住，让前台帮忙准备了宝宝床围，陈玉霞阿姨看我们带宝宝很贴心的还准备了小帐篷，宝宝很喜欢，另外还给我们多送了一些矿泉水和纸巾，酒店环境也好，很满意的一次体验。
