酒店很漂亮，很有禪意。員工都很禮貌熱情，門口接待的小姐姐和大哥特別好。房間有準備好水果，免費體驗了香道和申時茶會，外加1個免費的早餐。從小道過去栖霞山很近。是一間非常適合靜心渡假的酒店。

酒店讓人驚歎，設計很有日本星野集團風格，很有禪意。房間很大。佈局精緻高檔，這個價格真是物超所值。值得一讚酒店有VIP通道直入栖霞寺，免門票。來栖霞山遊玩。力推來這間飯店

一間充滿禪意的酒店，住進去很輕鬆舒服，尤其是服務員甜美的笑容，細心的服務，（特別是小張，張琪及餐廳那女侍應，忘記名字😆），香道老師武永貞介紹的香道及太極課程值得參與。當然，如果你是趕景點，這酒店就不太適合了。唯一不好是在酒店晚餐，全餐廳似乎只得一個侍應（就是我讚揚那個），看她全場奔跑，為何不找多幾個來幫忙呢？

非常棒的一間飯店！就在棲霞山景區旁邊, 拿飯店房卡就可以從旅店步道直通棲霞寺, 不用門票隨時進出, 非常方便！再訪是一定要的💕旅店的抄經室氣氛非常好, 寧靜安適, 值得一會～ 房間舒適, 空間也大, 早餐還十分不錯, 味道好, 種類也算齊全！

給的房間在底樓，有個小庭院。很幽靜。房間不大，乾淨整潔。布草都很到位。喜歡浴室的寬敞。本人比較挑浴室的舒適度和水量水溫，都很滿意。早餐豐富，那位女經理很熱情主動，服務貼心。唯一就是房間之間隔音有點差…，純屬硬件硬傷，看各人運氣，無傷大雅。

房間很大很舒適，櫃檯帥哥給提供等級，房內還有一露天庭院 ，非常愜意，酒店內環境清靜幽雅，想避開城市喧囂的最佳選擇。酒店有敲缽的安宁助眠活動，值得推薦。酒店內人員服服務非常好，櫃檯小妹妹的笑容很親切很可愛 ☺️

I recently stayed at Hentique Qiyun Retreat and would like to share my experience to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. The hotel had both positives and negatives, and I hope this balanced review will be helpful.One of the highlights of my stay was its proximity to beautiful walking trails. I found these trails to be a great way to explore the natural surroundings and enjoy some outdoor activities during my visit. If you are someone who appreciates nature and likes to go for walks or hikes, this hotel's location would be a definite plus.However, I found that the hotel's distance from the city center was a significant drawback. If your intention is to visit the city center frequently, the hotel's location might not be the most convenient option. Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning.Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the a**osphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment.In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.

酒店外觀設計具禪意風格，前面水景噴霧頗具特色，環境優优美綠意扶疏，每個崗位的服務人員態度親切，房間空間大舒服，性價比超高，值得推薦。
