NillI was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the poor service attitude of the staff. They were dismissive and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting guests. This lack of professionalism made my experience unpleasant and far below the standard I expected. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.
