BLUE OCEAN LINDUN HOTEL

Room is clean. The drainage for shower room is clogged. Spoken to receptionist in Mandarin they couldn't get it. Given wrong info to technician. I need to call two times and get the tour lead to get them here to expedite the service. The two stars given for service is meant for technician shifu who really helped a lot, minus off some stars due to receptionist. Definitely not a good experience of staying. The room and door is not sound proof like our previous day hotel. You can hear loud voice of other people shouting outside your room, even you closed your door. Breakfast time, the restaurant is small and their customers are really a lot. Limited space for you to enjoy your meal.

房间很干净。淋浴房的排水管堵塞。用普通话与接待员交谈，他们无法理解。向技术人员提供了错误信息。我需要打电话两次并让导游让他们来这里加快服务速度。给服务的两颗星是给技术师师傅的，他确实帮了很多忙，但由于接待员的原因少了一些星。绝对不是一次好的入住体验。房间和门不像我们前一天住的酒店那样隔音。即使您关上门，您也可以听到房间外其他人大声喊叫。早餐时间，餐厅很小，顾客还真不少。有限的空间供您享用餐点。
