💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

第一天为我们办理入住的那位女士服务非常好，但工作人员都没有佩戴名牌，所以我记不住她的名字。我们发现她是唯一一位反应迅速、体贴周到的工作人员。因为我丈夫拄着拐杖，她帮我们升级到了一间更方便残疾人士入住的房间。酒店餐厅午餐时间关门，而我们没有中国手机号码，无法点外卖，她还用自己的私人手机帮我们订了外卖。酒店位置优越，就在湖边，靠近天目湖风景名胜区。户外温泉的工作人员热情周到，彬彬有礼。她注意到我丈夫行动不便，还特意指示电瓶车司机到最近的地点接我们。不过，电瓶车司机并没有按照她的指示来接我们，理由是她的驾驶技术不够好。因此，我们不得不走更远的路去接人，这让所有人都感到困惑，因为酒店明明有足够的空间和道路供婴儿车通行……❌ 员工人数不足，尤其是在晚餐和早餐时段。晚餐上菜很慢，即使我们提前预订了餐点，也等了30分钟以上。服务员收拾餐具时声音很大，完全不顾及正在用餐的客人。❌ 晚上，旅行团一车一车地涌入酒店。熙熙攘攘的人群让酒店显得不够高档，也失去了应有的档次。❌ 房间里的私人温泉水温固定在40度以上，当室外温度超过30度时，泡在里面非常不舒服。解决办法是通过水龙头兑冷水，但这非常慢而且不方便。热水需要工作人员加水，而且你必须打电话叫他们。❌ 不适合行动不便者或老年人。最好自驾前往。🤔 总之，我觉得这次预订并不明智。玉水温泉/竹海附近还有其他一些私人温泉包房，性价比更高，体验也更高级。🫥另外，我要提醒大家注意那张100元的鱼肉优惠券——它只是抵扣菜品价格的三分之一左右，并不是鱼头砂锅的免费券。我没有收到迎宾礼包，所以无法评价。公共温泉有4个池子。

The staff were extremely pleasant and quick to offer help when needed. Our room had a private hot tub which was excellent however it wasn’t set up beforehand so we had to coordinate them coming in to do so. Easy enough but I was slightly bother by them not taking off or covering their shoes while walking around our room. The public baths were absolutely lovely, biking the lake is wonderful, overall fully recommend for a quick get away.

工作人员非常热情友好，需要帮助时也总是及时响应。我们的房间配有私人热水浴缸，非常棒，但是他们没有提前准备好，所以我们需要协调一下他们过来帮忙。虽然这并不难，但我有点介意他们在房间里走动时没有脱鞋或套鞋套。公共浴池非常漂亮，环湖骑行也很惬意，总而言之，强烈推荐这里作为短途旅行的好去处。

Check in was not that easy since nobody was at reception - it was however very late in the evening. Rather than that everything was very good, nice accommodation, cleanliness, organisation.Thanks!Rafael
