My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

溫泉溫度不夠，房間過小，沒有保險箱，房間跟大堂沒有相連，下雨極為不便但是風景很美

这一次揚州之行，非常开心选到隐居酒店人住，环境优雅，卫生干净，早餐还是比較丰盛，整体的感觉非常棒，特別感谢酒店服务💁♂️帮我升級房间，房间的泡池很舒服，泡了皮肤滑嫩嫩的，很棒！

The location is super nice , close to a lake. If you are a lover of lakes and ancient China vibes , this hotel is right for you. The hot spring in the room is extremely enjoyable, and the staff was extremely attentive to our every need. They even upgraded our room on arrival.Two big minuses:1) the breakfast is really substandard. For the price you pay , I would not expect orange juice from the supermarket , and all the western items were somewhat dissapointing so I sticked to fruits and Chinese items.2) the vending machines don't sell any water , and I had to walk out of the the room to the lobby in the cold to get water at night.

位置超级好，靠近湖。如果您喜欢湖泊和中国古代氛围，那么这家酒店非常适合您。房间里的温泉非常享受，工作人员非常关注我们的每一个需求。他们甚至在我们抵达时升级了我们的房间。两大缺点：1）早餐真的不合格。对于你支付的价格，我不会指望超市能买到橙汁，而且所有的西餐都有点令人失望，所以我坚持买水果和中餐。2）自动售货机不卖任何水，我不得不步行晚上从房间到大堂在寒冷中取水。
