Prefect and excellent customer service from front desk Mr赵 and Ms 向, they provide extra extra originally service by helping us to call taxi and pay thru their personal app, of course we payback to him 😊 The whole hotel staff are superb and friendly to provide any help if needed. We will come back again if we got chance to visit Wuxi.We feel warming with hotel service and fully recommended.

前台赵先生和向小姐的客户服务非常出色，他们为我们提供了额外的额外服务，帮助我们叫出租车并通过他们的个人应用程序付款，当然我们会回报他😊 整个酒店工作人员都很棒，很友好，如果需要，他们会提供任何帮助。如果我们有机会访问无锡，我们会再来的。酒店的服务让我们感到很温暖，强烈推荐。

Air-condition not cold but stay in the hotel comfortable. Have free fruits everyday. Clean surroundings. Approachable receptionist

空调不冷，但酒店住着很舒服。每天都有免费水果。环境干净。接待员很亲切
