It is a clean and comfortable hotel, but marketing needs to be improved by improving to communicate with customers as one of the examples the hotel can be reached from Wuxi East station by metro Line 2. Only one station.

Very good location for airport and also train station. Many meal place options at walking distance of the hotel.Room space and setup is well, good enough for business travellers.

酒店服務： 基本上是ok的，我們（南方人）2023/03/22入住，事前不知道酒店有季節空調中央控制安排，便落樓同前台說：房間沒有冷氣！但是前台回覆不太理想，說：整棟樓建樓時沒有安裝冷氣！表達方式令人不愉快。但房間執拾服務好細心❤️及有安心❤️感覺。酒店設施： 洗衣機旁邊提供洗衣液，也有乾衣機，好好🌷🌸酒店食物： 早餐不過不失，選擇也算多！酒店附近：附近有數間大小食店，一間超市。近地鐵站及高鐵站。

Best stay near Wuxi East Railway Station :-)) Really high international standard 4-Star-Hotel. High variety and very tasty breakfast. I will come again.
