Great hotel mixing traditional and contemporary architecture on sprawling grounds. Helpful and available staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, great food. I was happy to see the hotel was busy with both Western and Chinese guests, visiting the Suzhou landmarks or on business. I'd stay here again.

We spend one night at the hotel and liked it a lot. Very nice traditional chinese elements in their design, good and well known local Suzhou restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel (even a lot of non hotel guests would go to enjoy the local food here). Nicely located at the lake, whereas also being very close to the city center with the huge, new, luxury shopping mall in walking distance. The hotel has a little garden itself in which you can walk around. Rooms are specious and well designed. Service is attentive as well.

酒店位置很好，免费地下车库交通便利，附近有很多景区，很方便。环境很好。酒店设施齐全，大堂很大，房间干净，整洁，住得很舒服，喜欢。特别是礼宾Kenny和Max服务很好，很热情，很细心回答每个问题。早餐不错，很多喜欢的菜，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高，推荐入住。

A very fancy place. But the condition of the menu was not expected and is on par with some really cheap restaurants. Came for their shrimp noodles. It certainly tasted nice but not sure if I can tell if it was exceptional or not.

苏州中惠铂尔曼酒店配套设施还算齐全，工作人员还可以，特别是MAX跟Kenny，服务很周到，推荐玩的景点很不错，下次玩苏州，还会选择这家酒店。

What a fantastic family getaway. The hotel is breathtaking with outstanding staff and service. The rooms are spacious and sophisticated yet comfortable. The garden is beautiful. I highly recommend everyone to visit the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou.

餐廳的餐廚人員、服務人員均需再教育，對於顧客的需求的表達，宜給予了解並完成之。列如：請給我一杯加奶的咖啡，結果卻給了一杯熱牛奶；請給我全熟的蛋，結果蛋黃是半生的🙄
