苏州园区香格里拉大酒店

好久没和家人一起出门短途自驾，一家老小，新生儿一起，五一到来臨时出发，從上海到苏州。设施：還蠻不錯，只要地点還可以，選酒店时，香格里拉系列也一直選用的，之前也住过天津香格里拉，北京嘉理大酒店等，苏州园区香格里拉酒店大堂红牆设计也很吸睛，設计上也很好的过渡一樓L字型的动缐，也有喜爱的高挑層高。房间：大致上還可以，層高好。多高大方正，很正气床品一如既往的可以，水果也给上四件套，小孩吃很开心。六樓的设施，游泳池問题不大，小孩很喜欢。奇怪的点：房间浴室的滑动门设计奇怪，不方便用，订了兩间房，一间正常的，另一间当中的浴室门的一边门拉不出来，卡住的，没法关上。家里老人吐槽的是馬桶，竟然不是电动的，也没加热，很扣分。最奇怪的动缐是游泳池，需电梯先到七樓，再走樓梯步行至六樓，老人没法走。卫生：满意，嘉理集团一直都可以，这是也是，全方位都可，卫生方面没奇怪的地方环境：周边出行便利，去诚品書店也很可。周边餐饮也可以。服务：总体满意，酒店員工從入住，大堂，前台都会关注客人的需求，也会主动幫忙。PS餐饮:酒店早餐還可以再丰富一些。总体還是推荐的，总体入住愉快。

服务中心能对咨询作出积极回应满足了带走台历的需求，保洁人员发现有洗衣需求主动提出相关服务，非常好，前台在办理入住，退房手续时给予非常好的人文关怀。这是我第一次单独入住香格里拉酒店，相交之前同家人入住上海静安香格里拉时前台人员在已表示拒绝付费升级房型的需求后在此提出该服务，本次入住服务人员充分的发扬了亚洲的待客传统，以热情，好客和真诚的服务态度为服务特色，创造温馨和友善的氛围。虽然餐饮（泓咖啡）由于场地限制，食物丰富度未达预期，但在本次入住期间，服务人员及其他相关设施令人满意。

I recently stayed at Shangri-la and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell. For a hotel that prides itself on being a 5-star establishment, this is completely unacceptable. Guests expect a high standard of cleanliness and comfort, and this experience fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to ensure this does not happen to future guests.

我最近住在香格里拉，对我的经历感到非常失望。一进房间，一股浓浓的、难闻的烟味扑面而来。对于一家自诩为五星级酒店的酒店来说，这是完全不能接受的。客人期望高标准的清洁度和舒适度，但这次体验远远没有达到这些期望。我真诚地希望管理层立即采取行动，确保未来的客人不会发生这种情况。

Very nice Shangri la. The rooms are on the larger side with a very open floor plan - the bathroom and the living room are one huge room. Although there is a sliding partition to close things off, in case you don’t want to look at the bathtub through the night or if you like some additional privacy. ||During my visit, my room kept 25-26 C and it was impossible to set the temperature lower. I did shut the thermostat off completely, which provided some relief. ||Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Nice lobby lounge on the first floor. Good restaurants on the premises and even more options in the adjacent mall.||The service level from checkin through checkout was great.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

酒店位置非常方便，离金鸡湖和购物中心都很近，附近吃饭的地方也很多。房间宽敞明亮。一个漂亮的浴缸，欢迎水果。泳池水温热干净，没有特有的消毒水味。然而，尽管我们一家人住在一起，但没有为孩子提供浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷等，而且在我们办理入住时，接待员清楚地看到了一个孩子。我不得不亲自去要。

This hotel has a lot of things going for it. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a decent gym and swimming pool and great views of the SIP and Jinji Lake from the Horizon Club. However I left feeling underwhelmed. ||The club experience was disappointing. Food in the evening at and breakfast was average at best and there wasn’t much for a non meat-eater like myself. What surprised me though was the lack of service - we were there for almost 2 hours and not once did someone come to clear our table or offer us another drink. It wasn’t especially busy either so I just can’t explain it. They also kept asking for my room number each time I visited - far better to remember the guest and greet them by name :)

这家酒店有很多优点。宽敞舒适的客房、体面的健身房和游泳池，从豪华阁可欣赏园区和金鸡湖的美景。然而我离开时却感到不知所措。 ||俱乐部经历令人失望。晚上的食物和早餐充其量是平均水平，对于像我这样的非肉食者来说没有太多。但令我惊讶的是缺乏服务——我们在那里待了将近两个小时，没有一次有人来清理我们的桌子或给我们提供另一杯饮料。它也不是特别忙，所以我无法解释。每次我来访时，他们还不断询问我的房间号 - 更好地记住客人并称呼他们的名字:)

The rooms are very nice, the beds are the best. Discreet and quiet. I love staying there whenever I’m in Suzhou.

連住了3晚，懶得換酒店。服務嘛⋯1中餐廳上菜速度奇慢，對客人下單的指令完全糊塗。吃飯時已點好外賣，以為到吃完飯，外賣會同時准備好，竟然額外等了20幾分鐘外賣。（全程沒有工作人員跟進，要靠客人提點）。2 在酒店大堂跟酒店工作人員迎面而見，帶工牌穿西裝人員竟別過頭裝作看不到，若無其事而過。第二晚竟見到同一工作人員在酒店門口笑容可掬迎來送往來酒店吃飯的客人上車。3酒店前台續房費，其中一部分現金消費時，（工作人員有解釋用卡會方便，現金消費會麻煩點）要求出具收據，也不是不給，但工作人員這麼講：我們這里有消費流水，你要的話我們也可以開給你，但是為了你好，訂金收據如果不見了，我們就沒辦法退錢給你？！當時就很詫異，請問消費收據與工作人員假設出來的問題他們之間的聯繫是什麼。再說，假設真不見收據，在酒店業不退錢這種說法第一次聽說，有被吓到。服務最多2星。（此外基層服務人員服務沒有問題）
