Very good hotel near university. Very large room with a good firm bed. Breakfast was mainly Chinese with not enough vegetarian options but that is expected. Easy check in and out. Friendly cleaners.

I’ve been using this hotel for the past 2 years - I was not happy with the check in. I’m a permanent resident card holder - ( Chinese Green Card ) the check in staff was very unprofessional when handling me. They need to trained if they come across foreigners with this ID card.

The breakfast was somewhat decent but they had run out of key items like milk and butter at 9 am and showed not much interest in replenishing anything. The tub could not be filled due to a very small trickle of hot water that ran into it. I would not stay here again based on the price vs. the quality.

I came to stay again on a quick decision so that I can finish some assignments before the Golden Week ends. The staff was welcoming and helpful, as always. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Thankfully, it is not far from my home. Very convenient.

I come here often, as I am a part-time graduate student at the University. I always find the service very friendly and helpful, facilities quite nice (especially with lighting and comfort). Dinner at the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is good, too. The location is perfect for me, but a bit far from the city-center. But if you like nature, it is near Dushu Lake so you can explore it and the surrounding open areas.

Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. As a part time graduate student, I come almost every weekend. It’s my second home. The breakfast buffet is filling and delicious. The location is great. Highly recommend.
