Was in the hotel for a meeting. Everything is good. Clean, spacious, good food, nice facilities and good surrounding areas. Jay Zhang helped me to book a taxi smoothly.

The hotel is nice but the interiors look old. The old style pillows on the bed give a “old” and “not so fresh” feeling.Pleasant stay but could have been better.

酒店很不错，但内饰看起来很旧。床上的老式枕头给人一种“旧”和“不太新鲜”的感觉。住得很愉快，但本来可以更好。

Amazing hotel. From the design, to the service everything is just fabulous. The robots that you can order with stuff to your room are just adorable. The breakfast is rich and tasty with both Chinese food and eastern food for the less adventurers people. Been there for 3 nights and had the most amazing time.

Was here for a conference. The hotel is huge and except for the conference spaces, the public spaces seemed deserted. The Octagon buffet was fine with multiple options. Staff were very friendly and helpful to the extent of coming to your room to help out with setting up WiFi (which was somewhat slow). The hotel is right on the lake with a lovely walking/biking path on it - that was beautiful. Nothing else really nearby and nowhere in the hotel to buy a soda or toothpaste or a snack once the restaurants are closed. ||||The rooms were gigantic - the size of NYC apartments. I had a huge living room complete with its own bathroom, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet the size of some motel rooms, and a large bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, not quite sure the black matte finish works. And also not at all sure who came up with the idea of having the bathroom jut into the bedroom and have that part of the bathroom with glass walls! Essentially, if you are lying in bed, you look straight into the bathroom. Very odd and would be difficult if you were sharing the room with anyone except your spouse (or even with your spouse). Bed was very comfortable. ||||One last thing. The hotel provides small plastic bottles of water every day. What an incredible waste. They should install some kind of water filtration system so that guests can use the tap water and reusable bottles. Was a bit horrifying to think of the number of plastic bottles being thrown out every day. Also the cleaners seemed to turn every single light on in the room (and there are a lot) after they clean so that they were just on for hours every day without there being anyone in the room.

酒店有點老舊了。更重要的是，裝飾有點黑暗和陰沉。房間很寬敞。但我被蚊子咬了。早餐主要是當地菜餚。服務是可以接受的，因為它們快捷有效。但與印度或日本的工作人員服務的感覺不一樣。酒店離購物區有點遠。肯定需要出租車，才能開出酒店去其它地方。

环境非常好，景色真是美极了，很适合家庭度假。餐饮也很不错，中西式都有。中餐更倾向苏帮菜和粤菜一些，自助餐小孩子很喜欢，不同季节还有不同特色。

I loved the walking paths around the lack and the grounds. Bicycles available. Buffet restaurant was excellent. Room quiet, large screen TV with CNN, desk, Internet. Lighting in the room was the best I have ever seen. Fridge. I was able to ask for and get extra coffee.
