苏州吴江海悦花园大酒店

I recently stayed at the Haiyatt Garden hotel also known as the Harriway Garden Hotel. Room was very nice. Nice large lobby and large parking lot in front of Hotel for pickup and dropoff. Hotel has good fitness center, and for additional cost a SPA. The dining I found to be good. Very large breakfast area. Also a very good Japanese style restaurant in the Hotel. Was a mix of Business travelers and Tourists and Local Family traffic. Internet worked well, Some normal slow down periods in internet speeds. Was able to access all bank accounts in the USA using a cell phone VPN and wifi from the hotel. Computer also worked across wifi. Money can be exchanged at front desk. Hotel room came with one mini fridge. The bathroom was very spacious and good. Laundry service is good. Coffee and tea supplied daily and two bottles of water. I normally stay at the Hilton and Marriott and found this to be an all around good hotel. And a good value.

我最近住在海悦花园酒店，也称为海悦花园酒店。房间非常好。漂亮的大型大堂和酒店前面的大型停车场可供接送。 酒店有很好的健身中心，还有额外收费的SPA。 我发现餐饮很好。非常大的早餐区。酒店内还有一家非常好的日式餐厅。是商务旅客、游客和当地家庭交通的混合体。互联网运行良好，网速有些正常的放缓时期。能够使用手机 VPN 和酒店的 wifi 访问美国的所有银行账户。 电脑也可以通过无线网络工作。可以在前台兑换货币。 酒店房间配有一台迷你冰箱。 浴室非常宽敞而且很好。洗衣服务很好。每天提供咖啡和茶以及两瓶水。我通常住在希尔顿和万豪酒店，发现这是一家各方面都很好的酒店。而且物有所值。

This hotel has its good and bad points. The reception area was beautiful and staff friendly. The room was large and bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful soaking tub. The a/c left a lot to be desired...the room was hot and we never got it cooled down. The breakfast buffet's hot food was cold and not very good. Over all though we had a nice stay.

这家酒店有优点也有缺点。 接待区很漂亮而且工作人员很友好。 房间很大而且床很舒服。 浴室很大，有一个很棒的浸泡浴缸。 空调还有很多不足之处……房间很热，我们从来没有让它凉下来。 自助早餐的热食是冷的而且不是很好。 总的来说，我们住得很愉快。

地理位置很好，交通不是特好，出来叫车需要等一会。环境很好，早餐还可以，种类比较多，就送两份早餐。酒店整体性价比不错。大堂装修很好，装修风格是富丽堂皇的。房间空间蛮大的，设施蛮好的，我们定的不是电脑房。结账的时候服务态度还不错，速度很快，客房的服务员也蛮热情的。电器设备就是液晶电视，电水壶，小冰箱，还有电吹风。不是在市中心，环境很好，

Room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast is exellent, varius foods and you can take experience of chinese food culture. ||Staff are all kind but a lot of them can't speak english. ||Location.... located about 40 minutes from suzhou city by car. I think if you have purpose of visit at suzhou city, this hotel is not good(location). but this hotel has best price and service than hotels at suzhou city.

房间很大很舒服。早餐很棒，食物种类丰富，可以体验中国饮食文化。 ||工作人员都很友善，但很多人不会说英语。 ||位置...距苏州市区约40分钟车程。我认为如果你有目的去苏州市旅游，这家酒店不好（位置）。但这家酒店比苏州市的酒店有最好的价格和服务。

Stayed here for one night on a recent business trip. I found the hotel to be very comfortable. My room was large and well appointed, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to the Suzhou area.

Real luxury feel. I have never been in a hotel where the bathroom can be opened up into the main room with sliding doors. Amazing free standing bath! ||The breakfast buffet was exceptional for range and items being cooked to order. Fabulous

免费的茶和咖啡都是用的比较好的，像立顿啊雀巢那种品牌的。卫生间设备做的比较不错的，有浴缸也有淋浴，浴缸比较大，看上去很卫生的样子，水龙头和饮水的都是很好的东西，房间很大。服务有点欠缺，同事的屋子空调出了点问题，服务生很长时间才过来修，影响我们的休息。它的缺陷是外面靠着运东大道，很吵杂但是酒店里面没有影想，还是很安静的，交通也很方便，距同里古镇很近

English will be a problem if you don't have a translator. After a long flight from US, I thought I would get a massage, but it was a disaster. It was one of the most horrible massages you would ever get. Upon complaining at the fitness center, I was told that it was her 1st week of job. I wanted to pay, but they refused to charge me as I was not happy. Breakfast is amazing, you will find a ton of items. They don't have good food for dinner though.
