格林菲尔华美达大酒店

I visit Kunshan on business quite often and normally stay in another western based hotel about two blocks away. Unfortunately, I was recently forced to stay in the Ramada since the other hotel was full. With just one night's stay, I understood why the other hotel was full and this Ramada had plenty of vacancies. As others have stated, the room I was in was old and worn. But it was clean. Many signs throughout hotel were in Chinese only. Only chopsticks on the table at breakfast. (As I was leaving restaurant, I did see a customer with silverware, so it was available somewhere.) Wifi was horrible. Could not connect to any website. There are no English TV channels. The channel card in the room indicated there were several, but I checked every channel. None available. Maybe at one time this was a true Ramada, but it has now morphed into a less than average facility, without the quality you expect of a western based hotel. One bright spot in the stay was the gym. Very nice, large, well equipped gym. There were no towels available in the gym as you would expect, but still a nice gym.

My customer booked me this hotel. I have been staying in many Ramada hotels different countries. This is the first forever Ramada hotel without logo on hotel building. I ask the receptionist that this hotel no longer RAMADA. The hotel changed their name. ||The weather proof in toilet of this hotel was bad. The temperature was cool until you are not willing to take bath at early morning. There was no real hot water provided at morning. only warm water was supplied. ||The air conditional unit in the room doesn't really work.||The tiles on the wall in the toilet is always fallen. I could easily remove the tiles from the wall by bare hand. The maintenance team of this hotel doesn't did a great work. This is quite dangerous. ||More Chinese foods are serve in the restaurant for the breakfast. The western style breakfast is limited choices and the quality is just average. No staff will guide you to a table during breakfast. The staffs in restaurant tidy up all your food when I left my table for another coffee. I have spending 10 mins to search for a table for dining on second day breakfast during my stay. It was very crowed. ||Another strange things that I noticed that it is some rooms number are not arrange in the sequence. I stayed in 2177. My next door is 2103. I found that there another few more rooms number not running in sequence.||No bell boy service is provide in this hotel. I never see any bell boy running to my car during my two days stay.||There is not formal working table provided in this apartment style room. A square dinning table was provided and I used this as a working table. A huge living room and a separate room with bed. ||The worst part is the internet will make you get mad. As the internet is weak until not able to receive any email into my outlook. ||There is no reason for me to come back and I am sure that will ask my customer to book me another that worth the money.

以四星飯店的等級來說算不錯了.因為跟公司有簽約所以每次出差都住這裡.早餐還算豐富只要你不要住太久,因為基本上不會換.但晚餐的buffert就不推薦了.游泳池本身並不是長方形也不到25m.一般來說房間都是淋浴式,但有一層是有浴缸的.不過常常被三星電子的韓國人搶走.所以如果你也喜歡浴缸可以提早跟他們說.我就有中途換房的經驗.這家飯店離鬧區有點距離,要道仁民路的話一定要打車喔.

The room has an odd configuration, the shower and bathtub are on the opposite ends of the hotel from the bathroom. This hotel is targeted to the Chinese customer ||Pros: large room, desk size is satisfactory for working, large bath tube, shower is separate from tube, temperature of room was good.|Cons: bed was extremely firm, limited english TV station (no CNN or BBC), gym and the pool are poor. The breakfast was not very good (no orange juice, under cooked bacon, limited fruit)

房间的配置很奇怪，淋浴和浴缸位于酒店与浴室的两端。这家酒店是针对中国顾客的 ||优点：房间大，办公桌尺寸适合工作，浴缸很大，淋浴与水管分开，房间温度很好。|缺点：床非常硬，英语电视台有限（没有 CNN 或 BBC），健身房和游泳池很差。早餐不是很好（没有橙汁，培根未煮熟，水果有限）

I have stayed there for plenty Business trips. The more I visit this hotel, the less people there is. This hotel needs urgently to be refreshed, modernized. TV does not work well. 25% of lamps in the room did not work. Last time, my room was very cold in winter, this time it was over heated (25 celsius). WIFI must be ordered at front desk... restaurant closes at 8:30... no restaurant around...|

I stayed in a suite on 23rd floor. The suite is large, but the bedroom is small. The suite has simple cooking equipment. The bedroom wall shows signs of wear and the equipment on night table collected dust.||||The TV channel selection is limited, mostly limited to China CCTV and local Jiangsu TV. WiFi is not standard so a guest has to ask housekeeping to sign out a small private access point to plug to the the wired internet. However, the internet and the access point are complimentary.||||One of the drawback is that the breakfast buffet opens at 7am, which is late for business travelers.||||The staffs are short in English. Front desk members had hard time in understanding and speaking back in English. The morning call was given in Chinese and they called me back in 5 minutes to explain it was morning call.

我住在23楼的套房。 套房很大，但卧室很小。 套房有简单的烹饪设备。 卧室的墙壁有磨损的迹象，床头柜上的设备积满了灰尘。||||电视频道选择有限，大多仅限于中国中央电视台和江苏当地电视台。 WiFi不是标准设施，因此客人必须要求客房服务人员签出一个小型私人接入点才能连接有线互联网。 不过，互联网和接入点是免费的。||||缺点之一是自助早餐在早上 7 点开始，这对于商务旅客来说已经很晚了。||||工作人员不会说英语。 前台工作人员很难理解并用英语回复。 叫醒服务是用中文进行的，他们在 5 分钟内给我回电，解释说这是叫醒服务。

华美达，整洁，安静，客房宽大，早餐/晚餐品种丰富！是商务旅行及休闲的好地方。我每周都会住1到三天。喜欢这儿的早餐，有很多品种可以挑选，特别是蔬菜很多品种。公寓房间很大，60多平吧，很舒服。床具，卫具都很干净。

酒店靠近工业区，来这边工厂办事住在这边会比较方便，离昆山市区大概十五分钟车程左右。房间被安排在靠近电梯的地方，来往的住客较多，对休息有点打扰。房间里的面积相当的小，各种设施之间的间隙很近，摆了两个大行李箱后都不太方便。比较奇葩的是退房时前台跟我说查房反馈少了一个咖啡杯，怎么会有人把这种东西拿走，更奇怪的是我从入住到退房期间根本没见过房间里有咖啡杯。
