The hotel is quite new and the room is very nice and modern. The staff was so friendly that once you sat down in the lobby, they will automatically pour you a cup of the local tea. We did not have the mobile app to hail a taxi. The hotel manager, Miss Ou, quickly ordered a “Uber-like” car for us using her account. Of course we paid her back the fare when we arrived back in the hotel but she was so trusting. ||On the day we were supposed to leave, we missed the train. Miss Ou again booked the train tickets for us again. She even followed up with us afterward to make sure that we returned home ok. I have never received such personal and sincere service. ||Our reservation included a breakfast buffet which was quite sumptuous. In the evening we went for the dinner buffet which we paid only RMB58 per person. ||The surrounding is new too. The foot massage place across from the hotel is quite big and only two months old. It is also the cheapest in that vincinity. ||Overall we had a wonderful experience.
