廊坊潮白河喜来登酒店

We are a group of 23 travellers from Malaysia. We had the worst experience at the hotel with no air conditioning. The room temperature ranges from 27 to 34 celsius and some of us requested to change room. However, it doesn't help at all. We also tried requesting for fan but at no avail. The room was very hot to stay in but there was nothing we could do about it since we already paid and we had to catch an early flight the next morning. We left at 5am. Seems like it was a recurring event with no air conditioning.

After four years, I decided to stay again in Langfang Sheraton Chaobai River Hotel - all staff friendly and motivated - Chinese restaurant on ground floor was very delicious for dinner - as an Envoy Gold Elite , I got an upgrade to the executive floor 20th floor which however is not really extraordinary. Gym starts ageing and may need a lift up.

时隔四年，我决定再次入住廊坊潮白河喜来登酒店，所有的员工都很友好，积极主动，一楼的中餐厅晚餐非常美味，作为特使金卡精英，我升级到了20楼的行政楼层，但其实并不特别。健身房开始老化，可能需要升级。

北京自驾，高卡升级了套房，前台服务员很热情，期间遇见了些问题，也及时换房解决了~风景也很好，周围都是绿树茵茵，体验很好，非常推荐！

We are loyal supporters of the Marriott Bonvoy Group, especially the Sheraton Brand.Hence we looked forward to our first visit at this hotel.We were politely greeted by the front of house, upon arrival. Luke Liu was polite and greeted us in English, unfortunately not willing or able to add us to WeChat for ease of communication.The Hotel is quite literally in the middle of nowhere, and there are no amenities nearby.Transport to and from the hotel, is extremely costly, and not reliable. Thus, if you are reliant on public transport such as Didi or Taxi, perhaps, strongly reconsider visiting this circluded hotel.The room upon initial impact looked good. The bathtub is spacious and of high quality, however, the hot water was not hot at all. To make matters worse, the bathtub was leaking, and that spoiled the experience.In all honesty, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality.The SPA that's advertised on Trip.com is no longer in use (yet, still being advertised).There is a massage service on the second floor, which is operated by a third party.I can strongly recommend this service, the lady was most courteous and professional, and provided a superb service. The Swimming Pool area was utterly disappointing, the "kiddies pool", did not have warm water, not warm enough at least. This area is also not well lit, and the facilities seem ailing. We were on time for dinner, at the Feast Signature Restaurant "Western Style".The food was delicious, the variety was relatively good, considering the ratio of clientele.Dinner and Breakfast, was good, and definitely what you would expect from the Sheraton Brand.Check inn and Check out, was prompt.Although the Restaurant and Independent Spa did not disappoint. I doubt that we will ever return to this branch, it's simple not worth it.Unless you happen to travel to the area for a specific reason, other than staying over at the hotel, don't bother.

我们是万豪旅享家集团，尤其是喜来登品牌的忠实支持者。因此，我们期待着第一次入住这家酒店。抵达后，我们受到了酒店前台的礼貌迎接。 Luke Liu很有礼貌，用英语向我们打招呼，遗憾的是他不愿意或无法将我们添加到微信以方便沟通。酒店确实是在一个偏僻的地方，附近没有任何便利设施。往返酒店的交通，成本极高，而且不可靠。因此，如果您依赖滴滴或出租车等公共交通工具，也许，请强烈重新考虑访问这家被圈定的酒店。初步印象中的房间看起来不错。浴缸很宽敞，质量也很高，但是热水一点也不热。更糟糕的是，浴缸漏水，破坏了体验。说实话，床很舒服，床上用品质量很高。携程上宣传的SPA已经不再使用了（不过，还在）广告中）。二楼有按摩服务，是第三方经营的。我强烈推荐这项服务，小姐姐很有礼貌，很专业，服务很棒。游泳池区域完全令人失望，“儿童泳池”，没有温水，至少不够温暖。这个区域光线也不好，设施也似乎很糟糕。我们准时吃晚饭，在盛宴招牌餐厅“西式”。食物很美味，品种也比较好，考虑到顾客的比例。晚餐和早餐都很好，绝对符合你对喜来登的期望入住和退房都很及时。虽然餐厅和独立水疗中心没有让人失望。我怀疑我们是否会回到这家分店，这很简单，不值得。除非您碰巧出于特定原因前往该地区，除了住在酒店之外，否则不要打扰。

Two* is kind. County industry Park hotel is only 10 years old, some modern hospitality, but basically food is just so so normal. Cheepscate owner, (local realtor) doesn't pay staff and takes shortcuts on Marriott amenities.

之前4月份来入住感觉完全不一样，现在的前台比之前好太多，也非常的热情，但是早餐还是有很大的提升空间。客房的设施设备和这个价钱比起来也是非常划算了，门口停车也方便，总体来说还是不错的，总体来说酒店客人不是特别多。

五星酒店就是服務好，衛生乾淨。缺點就是除了健身房游泳池其他都要另外收費。我覺得台球跟麻將不應該另外收費

Very good price for an excellent experience. The location is a bit odd but will become relevant once Dachang develops further. Soft beds and well appointed rooms. Friendly and professional service. Will come back.
