这是一家全球连锁酒店，品质还是很在线的，而且这么多年了，管理各方面都还非常到位，作为洲际的会员7，如果很多家假日酒店，这家店还是真心不错的，各方面都非常达到水准，来石家庄旅游的，值得推荐。

The hotel is located next to the mall. The location is good. The price is reasonable. The service is mediocre as it may be in a second city in China. When I check in I was not greeted as a Platinum member they don't even offer a room upgrade. Only after they gave me the room key they did mention sending some welcome fruits to my room. Reception is very important in a hotel. Loyal customers should be immediately recognized for their status and offered a room upgrade or some welcome drinks, this would make their stay more comfortable. The receptionist is really not doing a good job, a very mediocre job.

跟朋友你快出来一起玩，看到了这家酒店，入住的时候说七楼有一个西餐厅，晚上就跟朋友一块来品尝品尝。来了以后这家餐厅的环境还是很不错，而且榴莲免费不限量，甜品的种类也非常多，还都是动物奶油做的，他家的招牌佛跳墙跟牛排味道也不错，还挺正宗还有各种海鲜等等，这家餐厅的整体还是很不错的。

这家假日酒店的位置太好了??！这里真的是太好太好啦必须夸夸前台的服务小姐姐人好细心，一直帮忙解决问题还细心的提醒，办理入住服务是相当满意的这家去市中心12和各个地方都挺近的还是值得选择！

非常满意，酒店服务非常棒，自助餐种类丰富，性价比还可以，有需要大家可以入住！酒店位置挺好，位于万象天成购物中心旁边，购物方便！

My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times since 2013. We've always left good reviews. But this time, I found roaches in my room. I had my bag on the floor. And when I went to pick it up, there were roaches scrambling to get back to their hole in the wall. We were planning on returning this coming weekend July 28th - 30th. But we will NOT be returning. Guests be advised there are roaches. I told the hotel, and there response was "We will clean the room for the next guest".

The holiday Inn Hotels always make you feel not disappointed . The same smell , the same comfortable bed and the same warm staff . This hotel has spacious room which is tidy and clean. The room attendant is extremely helpful and friendly. The reception girls are beautiful and professional. strongly recommended.

"假日酒店地点在石家庄市中心，我感觉挺好的，不在吵闹的街区，距离万象城和火车站都不远，骑自行车10分钟，刚刚好的距离。价格适中经济实惠500元左右，给我们升级了套房，房间很宽敞，整体满意！下次还来！6"
