Thoughtful and considerate customer care, before check-in, the hotel guest relations department was actively contacted, enthusiastically and carefully enquired and helped to arrange the preferred room. When checking in at the front desk, the receptionist worked professionally and skilfullyd with efficiency and enthusiasm. Considered the special circumstances of the guests and made arrangements beyond satisfactory. Solved my practical anxieties and problems. The Intercontinental staff are of a high calibre and standard. The staff in this lounge and restaurant are also very attentive and welcoming. We actively enquired about customers' preferences and responded and adjusted the dishes quickly! Once again, the Intercontinental standard and brand was demonstrated. The three days sui ran short. Hotel’s location is perfect for work and leisure. |There’s a big Wanda Mall beside the hotel for all your coffee and meal needs. ||Special shout out to Ms Lilian Li for her excellent service attitude. She treated me well from the moment checked in, and up until I checked out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental @ Shijiazhuang and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were not only welcoming and recognizing my IHG membership quickly, but also very efficient in checking me in with an upgrade. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and the local area, which I found incredibly helpful.The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from my room was stunning, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. I also took advantage of the hotel's fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained. It allowed me to stay on track with my workouts during my stay. What truly stood out during my stay, though, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. Every request was met with a smile and prompt attention. In conclusion, my stay at Intercontinental Shijiazhuang was a delightful experience. The combination of a beautiful, well-appointed hotel, excellent dining, and a staff dedicated to guest satisfaction made it a truly outstanding stay. 五星級酒店名不虛傳。房間面積很大，還有衣帽間，住得很舒適。樓下旁邊就是萬達廣場，已經很多餐廳，地面就係長長的火車頭步行街，多有勝數的小食小店。

After a long day work and flight, I arrived at the hotel at round 9ish. I wanted to take shower before I continue to work. However, the things I experienced after could not be worse. First, the shower head in the bathroom unexpectedly sprinkles water everywhere, making my clothes and all the floor wet. What is worse, i have to wait for hotel staff to check and then to fix this at around 10 o’clock in the evening, a time people should have some quiet hours. Then I wanted to brush my teeth, and found the tap water is white~not clear transparent water, but white gray colored water…I then called the front desk and got the answer that they need to send someone again. I immediately refused and I asked some bottled water instead. Of course the next problem would be the toilet… can’t flush things off because it is blocked…. What an unforgettable experience. Is it Intercontinental standard?

经过一整天的工作和飞行，我在九点左右到达酒店。我想先洗个澡再继续工作。然而，我之后经历的事情却不能更糟。 首先，浴室的淋浴喷头竟然把水洒得到处都是，把我的衣服和地板都弄湿了。更糟糕的是，我必须等待酒店工作人员检查，然后在晚上 10 点左右解决这个问题，这个时间人们应该有一些安静的时间。 然后我想刷牙，发现自来水是白色的~不是清澈透明的水，而是白灰色的水…然后我打电话给前台，得到的答复是他们需要再次派人来。我立即拒绝了，并要了一些瓶装水。 当然，下一个问题是厕所……无法冲掉东西，因为它被堵塞了……。 多么难忘的经历啊。是洲际标准吗？

I want to start from the welcome in this hotel, at check-in I was welcomed by KARA, the best welcome I have ever received in China, a very kind and professional person with splendid spoken English, he really fulfilled my every request for the rest, truly wonderful hotel, majestic in its external structure, splendid and elegant in its furnishings, my room on the twenty-first floor, spectacular with a view of the golf course. Spacious, elegant and refined room and everything spotless. I ordered a dinner in the room and in a few minutes I received everything, very good. Highly recommended!!

整个酒店比较安静，服务人员很热情，房间打扫干净，早餐品种较多，有鲜榨果汁，口味不错，收盘子很及时，餐厅外面还有小帐篷可以坐。没能去成泳池和健身房，比较遗憾。酒店位置很好，离万达广场很近，有一条美食街，而且在房间能看到公园和电视塔。下次还会再来的。整个酒店比较安静，服务人员很热情，房间打扫干净，早餐品种较多，口味不错，收盘子很及时。酒店位置很好，离万达广场很近，而且在房间能看到公园和电视塔。下次还会再来的。

和妻子的订婚宴选择在了石家庄富力洲际酒店。二楼的服务员非常的热情，帮助我们拍照以及各种餐具或者是道具的挪动，非常感谢二楼服务员儿对我们的热情服务在我们的菜品中，这个红烧肉肥而不腻，令我们印象比较深刻，同时非常感谢我们的洲际酒店。
