服務人員熱情接待 看到很多家庭來此遊玩 房間設備很不錯 床很舒服 因非旺季旅遊所以自助餐 西餐廳未開放 是唯一的遺憾

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The best thing of the hotel was our room, nice , clean and spacious. Everything else is more like a 2-3 star hotel at least by western standards. No one speaks English. The hotel promotes on Trip that it accepts all international credit cards , but when we got there they simply apologized that they don’t take international cards. Even after I showed them the page on Trip, they didn’t say much just sorry we don’t. So it was very inconvenient to have to pay with another one that I wasn’t planning to use for this trip. I hope that they don’t make false advertisement with this cause the hotel DOES NOT accept international cards. Furthermore, the pool is mostly shallow water and not very clean. It feels more like a big pond. The beach, is alright however you can only swim in a designated area and that’s always crowded. The whole building is massive but is run down , old, and quite dirty, it is definitely not worth it 1000 RMB for a night. The food is below average, doesn’t match their prices. I wish they could at least lower their prices to match what they actually have to offer. Won’t be back.

这家酒店绝对不是五星级酒店。酒店最好的事情是我们的房间，漂亮、干净、宽敞。其他一切都更像是一家 2-3 星级酒店，至少按照西方标准来说是这样。没有人会说英语。酒店在 Trip 上宣传它接受所有国际信用卡，但当我们到达那里时，他们只是道歉说他们不接受国际信用卡。即使我向他们展示了 Trip 的页面，他们也没有说太多，只是抱歉我们没有。所以不得不用另一张我不打算在这次旅行中使用的钱来支付，非常不方便。我希望他们不要以此制作虚假广告，因为酒店不接受国际卡。而且泳池大多是浅水，不是很干净。感觉更像是一个大池塘。海滩还不错，但是你只能在指定区域游泳，而且总是很拥挤。整个建筑很大，但是很破旧，很旧，而且很脏，绝对不值得花1000人民币一晚。食物低于平均水平，与价格不符。我希望他们至少可以降低价格以匹配他们实际提供的产品。不会回来。

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?kAlso hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

位置非常好，夜景非常美。但酒店对其客人的隐私知之甚少。当我打扮时，一名酒店工作人员未经邀请就进入了我们的房间，另一名酒店工作人员未经询问就给我们拍照，前台经理将所有外国人护照照片保存在她的个人手机中。如果酒店需要在手机上保留客人的个人信息，那么酒店是否应该为其工作人员提供工作电话？k而且酒店价格与他们提供的服务不符。酒店房间表面布满灰尘，每次客人入住后都没有清洁，我们发现了以前客人留下的一双鞋子。房间不提供任何饮用水。

Entrance is really nice, however the room can use a bit more cleaning as we saw flies inside. Beach area is relatively clean and well maintained. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby as well.

入口真的很好，但是房间需要更多的清洁，因为我们看到里面有苍蝇。海滩区域相对干净且维护得很好。我们也没有看到附近有任何营业的餐馆。

Decent location. Could do with improving when it comes to food choices. A lot of space for kids to roam around and play which is a plus. The girl at the front desk who speaks Russian was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. However, we tried to go to a restaurant to eat once and the lady (manager I think) told us that were no tables available and we could not go in. We saw people continuously go in and more than one table available, she told us to go somewhere else. We ignored her and sat down to have our meal. Very disrespectful behaviour towards foreigners it seemed.

酒店位置非常好，近距離觀看大海，享受酒店專屬的細膩沙灘。衛生，服務也都很好。房間內，乾淨整潔，戶外綠化非常棒，夏天避暑，海邊的最佳選擇。

这酒店真的太棒了，有超大草坪，室内外都会有游泳池……我们是订的房车还有野炊套餐！吃着自己烤的小烧烤～领着孩子吹吹海风，玩玩真人CS真的是特别畅快……等待假期，等待下一次与阿尔卡迪亚相见！
