Hampton by Hilton Qinhuangdao Jinmeng Bay

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Our was spacious and clean. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate any requests. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Room is little bit small. I booked sea view room but almost sea can not see cause of hotel front building. Location is near from beach, ocean aquarium and sea food restaurants. But convenience mart dont have near. And beach is polluted. Hotel staffs almost can not speak English. When we just arived Hotel staffs take our picture i cant understand that. Hotel breakfast is sausages and too many vegetables that hard to eat with seasoning. We just eat watermelon and little bit cake and bread with eggs. I cant reccomend that hotel.

房间有点小。我订的是海景房，但是几乎看不到海，因为酒店前面的建筑。位置离海滩、海洋水族馆和海鲜餐厅都很近。但附近没有便利店。而且海滩也被污染了。酒店工作人员几乎不会说英语。 当我们刚到达时，酒店工作人员给我们拍照，我无法理解这一点。酒店早餐是香肠和蔬菜太多，加调料很难吃。我们只吃西瓜和一点蛋糕和面包加鸡蛋。我不能推荐那家酒店。

第一次在秦皇島入住的酒店，本來有很大的期待，但是覺得服務態度還有加強的地方。可以理解辦理入住的人很多，但是可以透過親切的態度去應對會更理想。

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

房间很舒适，提供的护发和护肤产品很棒。然而，没有英语频道可供选择，而且顶部的酒吧正在建设中，尽管我们没有看到任何关闭的通知。我们在这家酒店遇到的主要问题是，他们不会将我们的行李存放超过 2 小时，而且我们必须付费才能延迟退房……这是按比例计算的房间价格。酒店空无一人，我们的火车要到晚上才到。 大堂很小，很多时候其他客人都会睡在沙发上。而且便利店是锁着的，买东西都得用微信扫一扫，输入个人信息。然后你必须使用系统解锁门，这样你才能出去……我去年住过这家酒店，真的很喜欢它。但我打算从现在开始就住在街对面，因为这里的酒店服务太差了，而且似乎他们从来没有接待过外国客人（他们无法阅读护照信息或中国签证以获取他们需要填写的任何表格）。 去年这家酒店好多了。

all good, perfect location for our jobsite - few steps to the beach. Friendly staff - we`ll be back soon! :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here although we felt the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast was great and the staff members were really helpful.

尽管我们觉得房间有点小，但我们真的很享受在这里的住宿。早餐很棒，工作人员非常乐于助人。

2nd trip here, received a wonderful upgrade. We will come here again next time we have business in Qinhuangdao! :-)

Tiny room but modern. 4 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely beach. Nice breakfast
