Lovely hotel and great location in Handan, nearby Congtai Gong Yuan. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping staff are very helpful and rooms are clean. The breakfast is really good, with both Western and Chinese food available. 👍🙂

可爱的酒店，位于邯郸，位置优越，靠近丛台公园。酒店的工作人员友好而热情。客房服务人员非常乐于助人，房间很干净。早餐真的很不错，西餐和中餐都有。 👍🙂

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

位置很好，对面有一个购物中心，CVS 商店也很近，步行 5 分钟即可到达丛台公园。办理入住手续非常友好和高效——他们甚至给了我们一些欢迎小吃！工作人员自始至终都非常友好和乐于助人。房间非常现代、干净、舒适。早餐非常好，有多种选择。我们还在酒店的餐厅吃了晚餐，非常好。总而言之，这家酒店服务非常好，下次回邯郸还会是我们的首选。

大堂很有氣派，房間很乾淨，牀枕都很好。服務員態度非常好，每天都有水果零食送。附近就是大型商場，有大型超市，非常方便，對這間酒店非常滿意。

I was not expecting much. But our arrival at hotel to check out, everything went very smooth. Staff at front desk were very cooperative, good communication skills, staff at parking went extra mile to help me to fix charging for our car. Room very spacious and I must admit clean, stylish, and well managed. Breakfast with good variety. everybody in this hotel look after our 5 year old boy, very friendly to kids.

我并没有期待太多。但我们到达酒店办理退房时，一切都很顺利。前台工作人员非常合作，沟通能力良好，停车场的工作人员竭尽全力帮助我解决汽车充电问题。房间非常宽敞，我必须承认干净、时尚且管理良好。早餐种类丰富。这家酒店的每个人都照顾我们 5 岁的男孩，对孩子们非常友好。

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

我在丛台大酒店的住宿体验非常好，地理位置优越，可轻松前往购物中心、餐厅和交通。虽然因为疫情需要办理很多手续，但前台工作人员非常友好和配合，引导我到核酸检测采集中心并采集了PCR结果。甚至在退房前还安排了一辆出租车到火车站。我绝对会推荐它，各位来邯郸的朋友，不要错过。

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was great. When we got there the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, even though a couple of them didn't know what an iron was but we laughed it off.||||It's location is quite ideal as it is not too far from the centre but not too close. The facilities were great and the decor was modern and made a lasting impression. The room was very good, comfy beds and a lovely bathroom with a waterfall shower. It was also very clean and homely.||||The food was very good, even though it was self service staff were still friendly and the food was delicious. Drinks were great value for money for a hotel, we got a round of drinks for £5!||||We would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone, we also got a gift bag on our checkout!

I had a nice room in this hotel, no complaints. It Is convenient for multiple restaurants just down the street and up a lift. I had little bother asking for what I needed, the main reason for not scoring 5 * was more staff could speak English, however it wasn’t an issue and everyone’s English was better than my Chinese. |I am more than happy to recommend the hotel and if back I will stay here again. ||Breakfast was 7am so a little later than I would expect. And no iron in the room. The towels were first class. ||||
