I am someone who is very particular about hotel service. However, this hotel is fantastic, and five stars don't do it justice. The service is outstanding, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly.They go above and beyond their duties. One staff member, in particular, stands out: Hong Li. She is professional, attentive, and considerate, providing exceptional assistance to guests. When I booked the hotel for my parents from overseas, she went the extra mile by picking them up from their place. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my parents.From Hong Li, I truly experienced the simplicity, kindness, diligence, and dedication of the people of Kaifeng. Through her, I saw the high quality of the Chinese people and the prosperity of China. It made me even more proud to be Chinese. 我对酒店服务很讲究。然而，这家酒店非常出色，五颗星都无法形容它的好。这家酒店的服务一流，设施完善，员工非常友善。他们的服务远超职责范围。特别要提到一位名叫李红的员工， 她专业、细致、体贴，对客人非常关心。当我在海外为父母预订酒店时，她甚至亲自到我父母家接他们。我非常感谢他们为我父母所做的一切。通过李红，我深刻感受到开封人民的淳朴、善良、勤奋和敬业。从她身上，我看到了中国人民的高素质和一个繁荣昌盛的中国，我更坚定了身为中国人的自豪感。

设施和服务都不錯 唯一小遗憾就是老城区不在步行范围

房间比较老旧。服务非常的棒。柜台人员都非常親切，感觉良好。
