One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained, We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, this is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. They will even open the gym for you if you want to use it when it is closed. Too many examples of great customer service to write

One of, if not the best hotels i have ever stayed in. As a person who frequently travels, I have seen great and horrible hotels. Christian's Hotel is the best because of their staff and their thoughtfulness. Complimentary rides to and from the train station. Huge, classy and tastefully themed rooms. A brilliant breakfast spread. Housekeeping who saw that my toothpaste was running out placed a fresh tube on my sink counter. When i asked for a mirror they also provided me a makeup bag just in case. Daily fruits and drinks were brought in without asking. Best stay ever.

Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time.The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality.The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to.Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

克里斯蒂安酒店拥有我在世界任何地方的酒店体验过的最好的服务。工作人员普遍都很出色。不可能挑出任何一位工作人员来特别表扬，因为他们都很优秀。我们一直感觉就像受到了朋友的欢迎。酒店的清洁度和设计也是最高品质的。我唯一的“缺点”是没有大堂酒吧。餐厅位于18楼，视野极佳。餐厅的一小部分肯定可以改造成大堂酒吧吗？位置也没什么特别的。位置没有什么问题，也没有什么特别好的地方。酒店靠近地铁站，所以去景点很方便，但酒店周围没什么东西，没有好吃的地方，也没有早上或晚上步行去的景点。除此之外，我们 100% 肯定会留下来又在那里。

一家服務非常卷的酒店，選酒店的時候看到了很多好的評價，決定體驗一下，果然，真的超五星的環境和服務。首先，酒店提前兩天聯繫我們，問幾點到達安排接站，我們由於飛機延誤，本來下午到洛陽的，結果晚上十點多才到，都快十一點了，酒店還是妥妥的安排了接我們去酒店。入住了又安排軟飲水果宵夜等等，非常感謝酒店服務人員們的熱情貼心服務！第二天還專門提醒用早餐，早餐很豐盛，最喜歡那裡的麵條。（忘記拍照了😋）離店那天由於滴滴司機來的時間有點久，我們又趕時間，酒店的服務人員就馬上安排了車送站，哈哈⋯⋯ 一切都那麼美好！酒店的服務真的讓我們感到愜意又開心，太優秀了👍👍👍值得強烈推薦的酒店！👍👍👍

服務態度佳-從一進飯店，隨時關心，住得如何、睡的如何？一反應，立即處理，還送禮物💕房內的服務人員-因父親96歲，關心問需不需要加防護或要不要泡腳，提醒自己注意浴室防滑😊，因為父親96歲，送了多牡丹-美極了！早餐有生魚片與蝦，港式小點….等，種類眾多。對了，還有免費洗ㄧ件襯衫的服務。大廳有條15歲的白鰭鯊😱與機器人相遇-有趣、好玩極了，好話說一堆，反正不要淺😊🥰

Christian’s Hotel is amazing! Located in the heart of modern festivities and conveniences, makes quick eats and shops easily accessible. The hotel is clean, wonderful amenities, and our room has a cool, retro flare. What makes this accommodation excellent is the quality of attention the staff provides to their guests, especially William. He’s very professional, attentive, and extremely hospitable; always there to help even when he’s not on-site (via through WeChat). Highly recommended!

基督教酒店太棒了！位于现代节日和便利设施的中心，方便前往快餐店和商店。酒店很干净，设施很棒，我们的房间有很酷的复古风格。这家住宿的出色之处在于工作人员对客人的关注，尤其是威廉。他非常专业、细心，而且非常热情好客；即使他不在现场（通过微信），他也总是在那里提供帮助。强烈推荐！

房間很棒。就是房間裡的煙味污染非常嚴重，整個屋子裡面的軟裝應該都被煙味熏染，整夜都無法好好入睡，這是最可惜的地方。其他的地方超級好 我很願意推薦給任何一個好朋友雖然我對煙味非常感到失望

我沒住過最貴的酒店，可是去過很多國家，住過不少的酒店，這酒店服務肯定超多5星,也非常關心和非常禮貌。看到我老公腳受傷了，還送了祝賀卡和蘋果。還有免費又好吃的下午茶任點。地點也很方便，就過個馬路就是大廣場。早餐更是豐富。有中西日餐。再去還會選這酒店。就一點不好就是馬桶沒熱气。還有給太多太多東西！ 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。洗手旁邊也放水，書桌上也放水，讓你無時無刻都可以取到水喝！！！
