The hotel is big and beautiful around here. However, when there is a large number of visitors, when the reception is crowded, it takes as much time as a popular vehicle of the USJ and is cut off rapidly by the Chinese interrupt. Please predict that it will take some time at the reception desk for 1 to 2 hours, and in some cases 3 hours. There are few impressions of foreigners. Those who can not speak Chinese are strict and there are no staff who can use English. If you are a foreigner, you need to show your passport. There are several foods that are not suitable for breakfast and foreigners. The drink had a mysterious juice, but in my time there was only one or two and the cup is bite-sized. Foreigners strongly recommend other hotels. ホテルはこの辺りでは大きく綺麗な方です。但し来客が多いだけに受付が混雑時にはUSJの人気乗り物並みに時間が掛かる事と中国人の割り込みでどんどん抜かされてしまいます。また受付中でも、もたもたしていると後ろか横から割り込みして立ち尽くす事となります。1～2時間、場合によっては3時間程度は受付で時間が掛かることを予測してください。外国人は少ない印象です。中国語が出来ない方は厳しく、英語は使えるスタッフが見受けられません。外国人だとパスポート提示が必要でした。朝食は凄く混むのと外国人だと合わない食べ物が複数有ります。飲み物は謎ジュースが有りましたが私の時は1つか2つしか無くてコップは一口サイズです。外国人は他のホテルを強くお薦めします。

The hotel is fully chinese, nobody speaks anything else than cinese, starting from the lobby; OK, we are in China.||The style is on the luxury side, new structure, large rooms, large bed, large bathroom... good sleep.|| Apparently, very clean. It accomodates reserved restaurant rooms for party dinners. On the high side. Refined food, service with attention.||--------------------------||But when you come to the breakfast.... here pains start.||I saw two large restaurant areas, where nobody cleans your place so you have to lay your breakfast on a quite stained and dirty cloth. In this respect, service and attention are not existent. This was true in both areas. ||The food itself (breakfast) was very unattractive; I always take a chinese breakfast when in china, but here it was probably the worst I had. ||The public toilet, on the lobby floor, was not at the same level of cleanliness as in the rooms. ||On the whole, a very conflicting picture.
