Typically for holiday Inn holiday, it provide all basic necessity. Good enough for regular business traveller. The hotel also has a small gym. Breakfast is served at level 1 beside the reception. Food is decently good, mainly vegetables, porridge , and a live noodle station, and they serve wanton soup too. As for staff service, I find the staff here are not friendly at all, they often put up a stern face, and never look at you when they speak. Overall, considering the price. The hotel is decent, and nearby the industrial estate.

Very new & clean hotel.. the buffet 128 rmb sea food special is simply bang for your bucks. Hotel room are spacious & they upgrade me for free on arrival. Stayed there for 2 nights. Gym is pretty big not much of equipments for wait training but for cardio it’s good. Ala Carte menu should have more choice as there is nothing in close vicinity of the hotel. The receptionist (I forgot her name) is the only one who speaks good English & is always with full of smile.. in all very good hotel & the hospitality is at its best..

非常新、干净的酒店。128元的海鲜特价自助餐简直物超所值。酒店房间很宽敞，抵达时他们免费升级了我的房间。在那里住了 2 晚。健身房很大，没有太多等待训练的设备，但对于有氧运动来说还是不错的。点菜菜单应该有更多选择，因为酒店附近没有什么东西。接待员（我忘记了她的名字）是唯一一位英语说得很好并且总是面带微笑的人。在所有非常好的酒店中，热情好客是最好的。

首先大床房的大床大到让人怀疑人生，哈哈！酒店设施很新，干净整洁，服务非常到位。住15楼景色很美，一眼望去是一个风景很优美的大湖，让人心情很愉悦，早餐比预想的要好的多，总体非常满意

服务超好，超出预期，有点提供甜品，汽水，茶水还有水果隔音情况：非常安静，我平时睡觉很轻，但是在这里完全听不到楼道和隔壁的声音，非常赞地理位置：周围环境很好，有天健湖这样的旅游景点，晚上出去散散步放松一些工作上的情绪，最后一天帮忙办理退房的短发前台小姐姐，服务态度很好，很贴心，

好评!房间干净、安静，服务周到，对高新假日酒店服务态度非常满意，房间推窗可观湖景，酒店南邻天健湖，感觉非常棒!周末过来度假远离市区的嘈杂喧闹，周末餐厅还有自助餐和儿童乐园，休假遛娃两不误。

酒店的装修风格很时尚、典雅，让人感到非常舒适，酒店提供的早餐丰富美味，口感很好，酒店的安保设施很好，安全系数高，让人住得很踏实。

入住该酒店，大厅设计很漂亮，酒店还有免费的停车场，前台小姐姐服务好的，房间的床品好舒服的，房间物品齐全，还有早餐真得好，早餐丰富的。下次还来入住的。
