This hotel was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at in China. Lobby is beautiful and our room didn't disappoint. Huge room with sitting area, work area, huge king bed, another cozy chair under a window and a very opulent bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully appointed with large walk-in shower, huge soaking tub and extra amenities.||||Very good breakfast buffet the next morning with an attentive, friendly staff. Both western and Chinese choices to choose from.||||Only negative? We only got to stay one night there; came in after dinner and left after breakfast. Could have curled up and relaxed another day in our beautiful room.

This is an exquisite hotel. I stayed here while at a professional meeting. The hotel is grand and has elements of Chinese culture and beauty. Staff are very helpful. The most helpful was “Mr Key”. He spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Ms Sudha in the Business Office was incredibly helpful. ||Bring your bathing suit as there is an indoor pool! The rooms are spacious, beautiful and comfortable with Classical Chinese elegance!

This hotel is in one of the older districts of the city but extremely well appointed. The staff were very kind, courteous and helpful in every way. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet was bigger than anything I had ever seen here in the states. The food was delicious and plenty of it.

One of the finest Chinese Hotel, I had seen. Standard well compare to European Hotel. Service is excellent and rooms are amazing and more luxurious and spacious. Well cleaned wash rooms to bed to works station. Gives very good service. Food are amazing sea food... you really needed big stomach to eat. Staffs are really good. Nice pool. Only issue is language.... very difficult to communicate in English. Due to this very limited visitor to see in this hotel.

I stayed here two nights on a business trip to Zhengzhou. The lobby is a ridiculously vast size! We arrived just too late for the buffet lunch (I heard the evening version was great value and included all drinks) but had a reasonable western lunch. Breakfasts were OK but nothing special.||||The swimming pool here is very large for a hotel, and was very quiet in the morning. Numerous staff escort you through the corridors and into the changing rooms, and may even stay to watch you change! However myself and a colleague were charged 99 and 139 RMB for 'compulsory' swimming hats at the fitness centre front desk. We objected to this later and found out that it is a scam operated by the staff down there - our money was refunded on check-out. the fitness centre is small and not particularly well-equipped.||||We also tried some Henan food at a local restaurant on the same block as the hotel - the lamb breast cooked in cumin and chili was very nice. Beers in the bar just off the vast lobby were very expensive - 68 RMB but we did not find anywhere outside the hotel to drink.

This hotel is good for the western business traveler staying on the west side of the city; there are probably better options on the newer east side (such as JW Marriott) but for the old town city center, this is hard to beat. The hotel has solid facilities, a breathtaking lobby, decent amenities, good breakfast, and convenient location. Only (very slight) drawback is the staff who can stand to be a bit friendlier. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone on business in Zhengzhou.

Grand, contemporary interior. Lavish, big guest rooms. Huge bathroom with gnerous tub, separate rain shower. Fantastic breakfast buffet that includes regional, Japanese and European choices. The manager welcomed us with our name and asked us about our trip. All staff was polite and made full eye contact, no matter how trivial the interaction. This hotel is amazing. We felt welcomed.

交通便利，停车很方便。服务在郑州算难得的好，办理入住的时候都感觉很舒服。房间面积不大，但是干净卫生，气氛好。浴室的灯比较暗，不是特别人性化。还有冬天的郑州太干燥了，房间开空调更是，如果能提供加湿器的话就太人性化了。
