Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Guancheng, an IHG Hotel

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.We will definitely stay there again

The hotel was very beautiful the workers very helpful rooms very clean and Yuki Fair was the best she was the best she help me to the room give me all the information I needed 😊. I will stay 1 more night because of the cleanest and the great workers 😀

Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

酒店位于郑州南三环，公共交通不是太容易到达。打车或者自驾比较适合。 下午check-in时，前台只有一位工作人员，一边不停的接电话，一边在处理前序团队房间的手续，整体服务效率较低。 早餐，整体一般，品种较为单一。 停车场，估计是由第三方管理，出现乱停车，堵住停车位出行通道的情况。 check-out时，前台服务人员效率较高。

we stayed in Holiday Inn express Zhengzhou Guancheng on 11th and 12th May 2023. The hotel was great. But I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel staffs who are very helpfull. 酒店設施十分人性化，裝修時尚，有免費的洗衣閣，而且早餐豐盛，食物種類繁多。樓下鄰近商場，且有停車位，是下次旅經此地的不二選擇

Great value for money with breakfast included. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Room was a good size and had everything we needed.
