Terrible experience here. Waited 1 hour after ordering food, only to be told they don't even have what I ordered. What a waste of time. Hungry all night with no dinner. Don't waste your time here.

这里的经历很糟糕。点餐后等了1个小时，却被告知他们甚至没有我点的东西。真是浪费时间。整个晚上都饿了，没吃晚饭。不要在这里浪费你的时间。

This hotel is truly amazing and definitely one to visit! The staff is friendly and very helpful, despite their limited knowledge of English they were able to assist during my stay! The dinner and breakfast buffet is absolutely great, so much choices and excellent quality. Even if there is something you want but it’s not there, for sure they will cook it. The rooms are big,luxurious and very well equipped. The hotel is a outside the citycenter, but in a nice quite environment. I used the hotel shuttle (actually limousine service) which was very convenient. Unfortunately I stayed only 1 night so could not try all the amenities. But I managed to have a massage, which was really good. When I arrived I spoke briefly to the hotel manager and you can see that the client comes first. |Thanks for the hospitality and providing an excellent stay!

Very good place! The management can speak English, 2 restaurants, the Chinese one is the best from my side. Breakfast is perfect with western and Chinese food. All facilities : Swimming-pool, wet & dry rooms, hot springs. Perfect place to visit longmen, shaolin temple... and enjoy facilities during rest time!

非常好的地方！管理层会说英语，有 2 家餐厅，我认为中餐是最好的。早餐有西餐和中餐，很完美。所有设施：游泳池、干湿房、温泉。游览龙门、少林寺……并在休息时间享受设施的完美场所！

The hotel was very new. We stayed there one night. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were awesome. Everything is modern and high tech. The hotel was very clean. Some staffs spoke perfect English. The room was huge. The only bad thing was that it is located super far from the city

Excellent Grant Hotel...some new things to try out..like airco as first to try...and getting used to non chinees customers. Super friendly staff and very very nice room.. compliments to the staff. Hotel is about 1 hour drive west of Zhengzhou and about 70 min from high speed train station East. Be aware that neighberhood is new and outside walking not really a good thing to do. Swimming pool is great aswell fitness and hotsprings

Nice new hotel. The only problem is that the air conditioner temperature in the room cannot be adjusted as it is fixed at 28 degree Celsius. Have to open the window to cool down the room. Would have given 5 stars if the air con temperature is adjustable.

不错的新酒店。唯一的问题是房间的空调温度无法调节，固定在28摄氏度。 必须打开窗户才能使房间凉爽。如果空调温度可调的话会给5星。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

国庆期间和家人一起出游，酒店周边环境很好，虽然位置有些偏，但是酒店周边有湖，商业街和儿童游玩的地方，房间宽敞整洁，前台办入住高效快捷，订的国庆套餐，前台讲解的很细致，早餐人比较多，品类还算丰盛，总之这次体验还是很不错的～
