整體都乾淨舒適，飯店早餐也很多樣化！而且一進門就有香香的味道～整個酒店應該是禁菸的，不過當時有人在大廳門口附近（裡面）吸煙，竟然無人制止，在大廳等車的時候聞到真的很無奈。詢問櫃台是否有送人到高鐵站的車子可以預約，因行李有四個行李箱，即使付費由於無所謂，但櫃檯帶著你付不起的表情說了：「價格有點高喔」，於是我問：「所以要多少錢？」，櫃檯：「要400」，也不繼續講更多車子的細節，這態度是整體住下來最不滿意的，能住希爾頓出差的人，400誰付不起了🙂何必這態度

地理位置非常方便，鄰近商務區，商務出差可首選。旁邊有青悅城商場，找東西吃也很方便。整間酒店的裝修也非常新，環境舒服寧靜，服務員親切有禮，整體感覺很好。

My stay at Hilton Taizhou was unfortunately a disappointing experience that fell short of my expectations for the Hilton brand. Although the hotel itself appears modern and relatively new, and the room was perfectly acceptable, it was the service that let me down the most. One incident that particularly stands out occurred during a pleasant moment in the bar. I was abruptly interrupted by a staff member from the reception who insolently presented a payment terminal, explaining that there had been an error with the room rate at check-in, which required a larger deposit from me. Being confronted in this manner in front of friends and other guests was both humiliating and far from the level of professionalism expected from an establishment like Hilton. The situation was further exacerbated when I was denied further service at the bar based on instructions from the reception – again, a communication that took place publicly and felt highly disrespectful. Throughout my two-day stay, I also experienced a complete lack of room service. There were no new towels, no refill of water, and the advertised express laundry service did not live up to its name, forcing me to iron my own shirts on a dirty ironing board. Given this experience, I feel that potential guests should consider other accommodation options in the area. While Hilton usually stands for quality and service, my experience at Hilton Taizhou shows that there is significant room for improvement, especially in terms of how guests are treated during unexpected situations. ---

Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and quiet. The amenities are luxurious and modern. I particularly enjoyed the gym and the fabulous swimming pool .i did not have time to enjoy the spa on the same floor. Maybe next time. Definitely will stay here again.

非常好的酒店。房间宽敞又安静。设施豪华而现代。我特别喜欢健身房和很棒的游泳池。我没有时间享受同一楼层的水疗中心。下一次吧。肯定会再次留在这里。

酒店旁邊就是商場,很多食店,十分方便早餐種類繁多房間衛生良好 唯獨晚上空調莫名其妙停了。但總括來說很滿意

Great place to relax very nice service and wonderful food the deserts were incredible if any1 is traveling to taizhou i would recomend this hotel to them

The hotel is very good, very new, clean, and large. Everyone at the front desk is very polite and helped me upgrade my room, but I always feel that the sound insulation is a bit poor, everything else is very good

The hotel is very good, the location for traveling is perfect and the food is quite well. Just facilities a little old in my opinion. Good option in Guangzhou
