The quality of the materials used in the rooms and the cleanliness are definitely at a level that will not even reach the level of a 3-star hotel.i have booked a room with a lake view for a weekend break,unfortunately the room was incrediable loudly . The room lake view is definitely a puddle in the public pedestrian area Room service is definitely not at the level of a 5-star hotel , the presentation of taste , the food is cold, and the quality of food materials served is very ordinary and badThe level of foreign language communication at the hotel is very bad, and when you try to reach the reservation by phone, they sarcastically start passing the phone to each other in a panic.Shortly , if you are thinking of a quiet staying plan where you want to stay alone with yourself to relieve weekend fatigue, I definitely recommend that you cross this hotel off your review list, otherwise you may have to check in like me and check out a few hours later.

房间的用材质量和清洁度绝对达不到三星级酒店的水平。周末度假的时候我订了一间湖景房，可惜房间实在是太糟糕了大声地。房间湖景绝对是公共步行区的一个水坑 客房服务绝对达不到5星级酒店的水平，味道的呈现，食物都是冷的，提供的食材质量很普通很差。酒店的外语沟通水平很差，当你试图通过电话联系预订时，他们会开始惊慌地互相讽刺地传递电话。简而言之，如果你正在考虑一个安静的住宿计划，你想要的地方如果你想一个人呆着缓解周末的疲劳，我绝对建议你把这家酒店从你的评论清单上划掉，否则你可能要像我一样入住并在几个小时后退房。

The service and the room was absolutely stunning. Because of COVID the air conditioning was turned off, but the front desk offered us a fan and brought it to our room immediately, which made a HUGE difference. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly!The breakfast was a little disappointing, all the basics was all there, but didn't have that little extra when it comes to western food. Then view from our lake view room was stunning, but the river boats on the lake was noisy and we had to listen to what could've been a car alarm, but was part of the attraction of the river boats all day.All in all, I would go there again. and would recommend it to anyone that knows how to have breakfast delivered to them from another restaurant or shop

Good for the area.||||I've stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience. Most recently, stayed in the 1st floor standard room, and it's a decent size. The bathroom is open style so makes a small room seem much bigger. Shower also has a rainfall head, which is very nice to relax with. All the amenities are there. ||||Breakfast buffet is very very solid. The Chinese offerings are actually pretty tasty, and there's an omelette station, which makes a lot of expats quite happy. There's also a noodle section, which is probably their weakest. Oh, and they also offer canned fruits, which is a bit disappointing, but makes up for it with their assortment of pastries and dim sum items, and all very good. The buffet overall is probably more flavorful and tasty than some big name chain hotels in China like SPG.||||The only thing about this hotel is that it is starting to show its age, and sometimes the staff will treat you better if you speak English rather than Mandarin. You will get the incense smell they use to repell mosquitos throughout the hotel. Might bother some if you're not familiar with the smell.

I'm winding up a five night stay tonight. In terms of the hotel, the room was very nice, air conditioning was outstanding! While the hotel has limited offerings in terms of restaurants, bars, etc..., there was one great employee (Anna) who made it all work. Not sure if she sleeps, but helped with breakfast, dinners and booking cars. Probably the best hotel in the area, you'll get a great sleep, and the breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day.

Nice beds, very large reception area and an excellent breakfast served complimentary to guests. The normal amenities in the rooms; large flat screen TV, desk, nice bathroom area - can't complain. The breakfast though was the highlight. Maybe the largest I've ever seen traveling around the world. When I say everything I mean it; standard Western items from eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles etc to at least 10 different Asian foods from fried rice, noodles etc. Made to order noodle soups, cheese/coldcuts, fruit and the list goes on and on. Very impressive!

Stayed here for one night, and I have to say the food was very good, but the hotel is average. To start we were in rooms in the "older" part of the hotel, which are in desperate need of updating. The room was clean, just old and tired looking. Bed had seen better days as the mattress was not so comfortable. Air Conditioning in the room did work well. View from my room was nothing to look at, back of industrial buildings I think. I have included it in this review.||||It did appear that the front section of the hotel had been renovated and it also appeared the renovations are continuing. ||||Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good, breakfast in the morning was also very good.

Rather centrally located, very large convention type hotel, rather generous and elegant rooms with view; however all seemed to have badly aged quickly; electrics (aircon) not working so well, fitness center large but no soul, pool not really inviting (not sure about the water).. breakfast buffet less than ok. Service mentality not really existant.

Stayed here two nights. Very smart international hotel. Typical breakfast lots of Chinese food . Some UK food, plenty overall. Good steak but expensive service for dinner really slow, 40 minutes and only 6 diners.||In China but not much English spoken , I had a late flight so they let me use pool and spa in the afternoon. Excellent rooms and can upgrade to balconies really smart.
