Holiday Inn Express Ningbo City Center

酒店地理位置非常好，离高铁站很近，离天一广场商业中心也很近，步行就可以到达，第二天退房的工作人员服务意识还不错，客人楼层大姐也十分有礼貌。餐厅早餐相对其他智选来说不太丰富。

体验最差的一家酒店，本人不慎将一瓶400ml的未开封的兰蔻粉水和闺女的一条小内裤落在了酒店，回来发现后第一时间跟酒店联系，居然说没有，小女孩的小内裤就在洗手池下面明显的位置有人打扫卫生怎么可能没看到！房间里的水喝完了自己又买的水，却说房间只有两瓶水，落房间里有的东西说没有，没有的东西却说有，明明就是有问题，多次找酒店沟通都没有结果，住酒店这样的体验实在太差了，严重质疑该酒店的管理！

地段好，地铁口步行可达，周边商圈林立，酒店给精英会员礼遇佳，硬件设施新。

洗手間水渠有很大陣異味傳出,使房间也充满異味，所以评分低

凌晨四点被隔壁敲打声吵醒 敲打声持续了十几分钟 很不舒服

We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has large number of rooms and is in a location where you can go walk to most of the shopping centers and parks. The breakfast was especially a nice surprise with many choices.

我们在这里住了 2 晚。这家酒店拥有大量客房，位置优越，步行即可到达大多数购物中心和公园。早餐尤其令人惊喜，有很多选择。

The hotel has the underground parking garage where one could take elevator directly to the lobby. As it opened at the beginning of the year, everything was brand new. The front desk staff were very nice and offered me ginger ale and fruits. I got an upgrade to have a spacious room. The hotel is next to the Crown Plaza hotel, and both of them are owned by the same company. The city center is just a couple of blocks away, while the street in front of the hotel is pretty quite. It is also within the walking distance to the subway station. I have to emphasize that I had the best breakfast among all Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed before!

酒店设有地下停车场，可乘电梯直达大堂。年初开业，一切都是崭新的。前台工作人员非常好，给我提供了姜汁汽水和水果。我升级到了一间宽敞的房间。该酒店毗邻皇冠假日酒店，两者属于同一家公司。市中心距离酒店只有几个街区，而酒店前面的街道非常安静。步行即可到达地铁站。必须强调一下，早餐是我住过的所有智选假日酒店中最好吃的！
