The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is well located and the service is smooth. The downside is that the advertised sauna is not operating and the staff doesn't know how to deal with an alternative provision.

It's opposite to Tianyi square. Rooms are ok. In bath shower room is very compact. Remaining or ok. Reception is very good. Based on number of days of stay we can negotiate price. Best hotel and value for money. Complementary Breakfast is good and can order what ever required are any customised dish. Totally best hotel at this price range.

Stay here for 2 nights, business trip. The staff is friendly and well versed in English. The room is big, clean and room temperature is perfect to me. It's about 2 deg C out there at night. Location is good with planty of shopping area and food. Overall satisfied with my choice staying here.

We love this hotel and always stay there whenever we go to Ningbo. Everything we might need is within walking distance, the check in is fast and the staff very polite.

good location. centre postion close to everything. expecting warmer and more caring front desk staff. better management for the breakfast experience. the night club at level one was laid and toilet left filthy thw next day but underatandable it was new year night. all in all I was recognized as Platinum and my room was upgraded. to the that end. it was great a stay.

The staff was very friendly and the room was always cleaned well. But for this level of hotel it is quite dated and a could do with some refurbishment. The spa trea**ent was nice but just seemed like a random room and was not quite the service of this star hotel, I would not recommend although the people was nice. Staff was very friendly!
