南苑ｅ家（彩虹南路店）

We arrived the area around 12 noon, the room is not yet ready , we always ask the receptionist every minute, is the room ok? But they said need to wait, we checked in around 3pm plus already, so terrible,  we waited for 3 hours . Check out time is 2:00 pm, but since we check in late and waited for 3 hours they must be considerate, During check out that was still 1:25 pm, they always call us hurry to check out, OMG 😤 some more You cannot ask more water, what they provide thats it, so terrible , 😞

我们中午12点左右到达，房间还没准备好，我们每隔一分钟就问前台房间好了没，但他们总是说要等。我们下午3点多才办理入住，真是太糟糕了，我们等了3个小时。退房时间是下午2点，但考虑到我们入住晚了，而且等了3个小时，他们应该体谅一下。退房的时候已经是下午1点25分了，他们还一直催我们快点退房，我的天哪😤。更糟糕的是，水也不能多要，他们提供的就只有那么多，太差劲了😞

Nice place, location also good. Easy to find. Bed was really big and aoft

地方不错，位置也很好，很容易找到。床很大很舒服。
