杭州伊麟酒店式公寓

好不容易有个小假期，准备去杭州玩几天。当时是从agoda订的这个酒店，可是准备入住的时候被告知没有预定，而且我又找不到订房网站发来的入住凭证。后来就想打电话咨询Agoda，在网上找了半天却发现没有agoda的电话，只找到一个英国的电话号码。我们的手机没法拨打国际长途。当时预定的时候也没有注册帐号什么的，废了好久才登上agoda的帐号，又要求重发了一封email入住凭证。但是酒店方面没有收到agoda发来的预订单，所以也不能入住。email里面有个香港的电话号码，我下载了skype网络电话，买了点数，然后打到香港问这是怎么回事。结果agoda方面说是疏忽了没给酒店发订单。实在令人气愤。我都在网上付过款了，怎么能这么疏忽？不推荐大家用那个什么破agoda订，看着做的挺大挺国际化，却没有内地的电话可以拨打！！！还不知道在内地有没有办事处！！那几天杭州的酒店都满满的，我们耗了一上午为了房间的事情。伊麟的前台说要不然叫我们先去吃饭，看看如果有空房间就给我们打电话。真巧有一个人临时有事，把这一天就空出来了，但是那个人明天就回来。我们明天还不知道住哪里。酒店的员工非常好，帮着我们联系这里那里的，十分热心。正好第二天又空出来一间别的房间，是高级房，酒店帮我们免费升级的，十分感谢！！！下次去杭州还住这里！

在艺龙网上预订了房间，结果到酒店把预定号，电话号码都报给总台，还是查不到预订！还告诉我这种房型都卖完了......无奈！ | 刚入住，发现被套是新换的，但是床单没换过！酒店客房的大忌！| 发现房间里很多灯不亮，总台的答复是用抽油烟机的灯！OMG！| 发现房门不能上锁，总台的答复是把门向上提一下就可以了！| 发现电视只有四个频道，让总台第二天派人来修，没来，直到晚上回到酒店再打电话催才来。| 只是觉得房间的细节卫生还好，但是和我的期望还有一大段距离。

酒店在杭州市区, 一个高档的商住楼上面, 感觉很好, 交通很方便, 附近公交多. 公寓的房间是两室一厅, 有个独立厨房, 整体的装潢显得整洁大方. 装潢用料也很考究, 房间通风很好, 卫生间有个洗衣机, 厨房不大, 有些简单的厨具. 店方态度很好, 我们住的时候,订房资料还没到, 请我们先把行李放下, 然后找了地方坐, 还给倒了水, 网速很快, 很喜欢这个酒店.

Yilin occupies part of a high rise service apartment building complex. It is within the East block (right hand side when you face the building) of the complex. The hotel reception is actually on the 12th storey, inside apartment #12-12 (a converted hotel room). Other Service apartment operators like Westlake 7 Service Apartments occupy a different part of the same building.||It appears to be operated by a family. However, you will need to inform the security personnel at reception counter at ground level to activate the elevator for you to go up to 12th storey in the first place. The elevator is operated by proximity card for added security reason. So, better not check in late at night as there may be no security guard at ground level reception to activate the elevator for you. ||Check in was a breeze and the owner is helpful in dispensing advise on the places of interest and how to get there, but they can only speak in Mandarin. A proximity card is issued, to activate the elevator. Entry to apartment room is activated by keying in a 6 digit code onto the room lock-set. ||Essentially, Yilin is more like a service apartment than hotel – it does not have room service, porters, no grand hotel type lobby, no kitchen, etc. Room actually has all the necessary creature comforts to allow several days of stay. It has a small kitchenette (but no stove) and most importantly, a small washing machine inside the bathroom. ||The bed is hard, but bearable. TV has many channels, mostly Mandarin. Apartments on higher floors offer a narrow side view of Xihu (West Lake). There is a 24 hr convenience store at the ground level, and several Chinese type eateries opposite the service apartment.||The Wushan Road night market (7.30 pm till midnight) is right outside the Service Apartment. There are food & merchandise stalls; quite a crowd. Location is good, about 10 minute brisk walk to the West Lake (or board bus #10 at nearby Pinghai Rd). About 300m Northeast of service apartment is the location for boarding the airport shuttle bus (¥20, every 30 minutes till 8.45pm), outside Grand Metro Park Hotel. Nearest metro station: LongXiangQiao 龙翔桥站 (Exit D) within 10 min walk along Pinghai Rd, then turn right into Yuewang Rd.||Repeat: Yes, economical & meets minimum accommodation standards.

Nuestra llegada a la relajada HANGZHOU ..... procedentes de Pekín donde el trafico ha crecido de una manera impresionante en los últimos 4 años que hacia que no pisábamos China, hangzhou nos ha dejado un buen sabor de boca. HANGZHOU es una ciudad en pleno crecimiento y se puede observar una gran cantidad de edificaciones que compiten por sobresalir y rascar los cielos copiando el estilo futurista de shangai pero con el tamaño de un Sevilla o Valencia. Aqui los cielos casi siempre estan cubiertos por esa neblina procediente de pacififico dejado un tono gris a sus panorámicas y una alta humedad relativa. Acostumbrado a los precios de las grandes capitales hemos encontrado este fantástico apartamento situado a escasos metros del mercado de noche donde además se pueden alquilar bicicletas gratis y esta esta muy cerca del lago a unos 400 metros en Lina recta. ||||El hotel apartamento en cuestión esta muy bien el estilo es minimalista y tiene todas las comodidades que puede ofrecer un apartamento, nos sorprendió su cama colgante y su escalera para su acceso de forma que puedes aprovechar sus 33m2 que suele ser tamaño de los apartamentos básicos. En la parte de abajo de la cama colgante hay un sofá de tres plazas y una mesa como indico en las fotos. ||||Estos apartamentos están situados entre la planta 12 y la 21 así que os aconsejo las plantas 17 a 21 por sus magnificas vistas, no tienen wifi pero las recepcionistas muy amablemente te ponen un routter wifi si les preguntas.... Todo sin que tengas que pagar un coste extra. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con wi lan internet por cable.||||El precio que hemos pagado ha sido 36 euros aproximadamente por noche y hemos vistos lugares por el mismo precio en otros hoteles que no tienen comparación con este. ( las reservas las hemos Hecho vía hotels.com)||||Tal vez puedes encontrar algún hotel en la zona pero por un precio mas bajo.. pero os puedo asegurar que la calidad y precio de este hotel estará muy por encima de cualquier hotel de la zona. También es un apartamento y podrás sentirte como en casa¡. Cerca de aquí hay una cadena que se llama "sevendaysinn" que cuesta 18 euros y su calidad es parecida a una pensión de una estrella de carretera¡; ||||Mi opinión es 10 puntos pos este apartamento y sus calidades ;))

I picked this spot because of fairly positive reviews, the swimming pool, and central location. I ended up too busy to swim, but the location was very convenient. A quick walk to Ping Hai Road and Huan Sha Road. Also a very quick walk to Yan An Road and the Long Qiao Transportation center, where you can sign up for a bike rental card. There is a bike rental stop just a few meters in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many shops and small restaurants nearby with two large foot massage places out front and a night market right at the foot of the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable with good air conditioning and hot water. A western toilet and free toilet paper were provided along with toothbrush and paste, a comb, shower cap, body wash, and shampoo. Just bring conditioner. Boiling water pot, tea, microwave, small fridge in kitchenette. Not suitable for really cooking, but could heat up breakfast or snacks. The laundry machine worked great, but you need to go to the drugstore to buy washing fluid. Staff was mostly helpful, helped find more hangers and info about bike rental and let me make phone calls from their reception desk, but didn't seem to know the roads/location of things too well. Internet was good. Cons: sewer stink in bathroom was bad - keep door shut, kitchenette had small cockroaches that would migrate to the bathroom at night, not enough hangers to hang clothes to dry, downstairs main lobby is dark at night, room phones don't dial out.

Queste stanze/appartamenti, che occupano alcuni piani di un palazzo non facile da individuare, hanno un prezzo ingiustificato per il servizio: carenza di pulizia, problemi irrisolvibili perché i gestori non parlano una parola di inglese e ospiti indesiderati in stanza. A prima vista la stanza è carina, ma in tutti gli angoli, i mobili e i vetri si nota sporcizia secolare.||Bagno pieno di scarafaggi, ogni volta che ci siamo entrati ne abbiamo individuato (e seccato) almeno uno. Indecente.||Per finire, il lampadario della stanza, la 912, aveva un contatto strano per cui tutta la notte, una volta spento, lampeggiava come le insegne al neon dei film horror. Impossibile comunicare col gestore, che parla solo cinese. Notte da incubo, una delle peggiori sistemazioni in cui sia stata (al prezzo di una signora stanza).||Inclassificabile!

This is not a real hotel. It’s an agency system and there are no names mention of this Hotel anywhere and if you baidu or google there will be multiple numbers and everyone will give you wrong directions. We lost 300 rmb because they first agent stopped answer our calls. I don’t understand how can they be listed in hotel apps of China!!! No checks no vetting !!! Be careful. Oh yes, they do not accept foreigners even though they mention in their listings!!!!
