Lovely hotel quite close to West Lake itself. Well spread out. Nice restaurant on the roof floor with open areas on the roof to explore. Fine food. Lovely views of the area around the lake (which has no high risers due to the lakes beauty apparently.

Is that a real five-star hotel? I don’t think so, first, all 3 USB sockets broken, pointpen broken and hair dryer was burnt. The good thing is the room is very big than expected, especially the shower room, I like that. Anyway, both the pricing and environment are not matched so much. The top platform is amazing, where can be able to watch the west lake in a long view. I think that hotel management can try to improve some service details in the future.

酒店大堂的非常豪华。特别喜欢停车方便而且免费。酒店前台和健身中心服务员都特别好。尤其是客房汪大姐心地善良温柔体贴。打扫卫生干净整洁还关注客人的喜好。每次打扫都帮我多放几瓶水。因为我特别爱喝水。有家的感觉。

前台職員服務態度很好，將我们升級至山景房。房間整潔程度一流，酒店位置非常方便鄰近夜市食店及凤起站，只是房間室內及泳池設施较舊。

Hotel is walking distance to West lake scenic area and Wulin night market with many food options. Stay at the hotel room is unpleasantly warm as the centralized aircon has difficulty setting below 26degC. We’ve reported to hotel and was informed it’s due to our room facing the morning sun. They send us an extra fan for ventilation.

The location is great. It’s very close to Wulin market and the West Lake. Many options to eat since many good restaurants nearby. Or you can try to stroll around the “food court” in the Wulin Market. Public transport is easy to get within the hotel vicinity.The hotel itself has a large gym and yet quite quiet.The hotel looks like an old fashioned hotel with wooden decoration interior.
