The overall service was amazing. But I need to mention one name in the reception. She is zhouzhou. She is the best staff, they have in the hotel. She was very helpful and friendly. This girl made my trip more easier and beautiful. Her service was awesome.

We spent only one night at this hotel and while it was probably the most "tired" hotel room we stayed in during our 10 day vacation, the location was simply amazing. The huge canal area across the street made it one of our favourite places during the trip. There was a really pretty shopping area/night market right across the street and we had a lovely meal there of the softest pork buns with fried rice. Lots of people were outside dancing and performing different activities. We were sad to leave this location after only one night so even though the hotel itself isn't great, it's worth it just for the location.

是我住过最好的一家酒店，酒店有自己的地下停车场，当时去了有专人带领去的停车场，空间很大，停车位也很充足。酒店的服务员统一素质很高，如果要什么东西能很快的送过来不会超过五分钟，房间的卫生每个角落都打扫的特别干净，尤其是卫生间很舒适，淋浴器很大，热水温度很适中、不用调水温就能直接用。房间的家具是那种中式的红木家具，感觉很温馨，一个人住特别合适，电脑配的是高速宽带接口，上网浏览速度特别快，也不会出现一些乱七八糟的东西。特别值是说一下的是提供的自助早餐太棒了，现成的本来就有很多种，很丰富了，如果客人有想吃的厨师还可以现场做，都是免费的。酒店就在运河文化广场边上，环境特别好，早上可以出去晨练，对面就是世纪华联超市购物很方便！

It is not really fair to compare this hotel to other hotels that cost twice as much. My wife and I stayed here for three nights and we liked it a lot. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, all the amenities were there, breakfast was abundant and the view of the square and the canal with barges going by was wonderful. There are five museums just across the ancient pedestrian bridge. You are a short walk from the dock where you can catch the canal boat for two Kwai down to the main shopping district. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Very modern hotel. Room was very nice with very nice views. Bathroom in particular had a grand view, which means you can expose yourself to the city if you want to. Or close the blinds. :-). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Canal with very nice walk is right across the street.

I recently stayed here as a part of a group of teachers who were in China. The hotel was very nice and I found the rooms to be very clean and modern. In addition, it's location was wonderful and it was right on the Grand Canal. Lots of life and activity happening around it. In addition, they have a wonderful breakfast with both Western and Chinese options.

Last month I visited China with my family on a package Tour. I had booked this Tour on line last year at a discounted price. The price was so low that later I went to see the travel agency to satisfy myself if it was genuine. We visited Shanghai,Suzhou, Wuxi,Hangzhou and Beijing. The tour was so well organised that I must appreciate Chinese Sponsors. Everything from Hotels to transportation and meals was meticulously planned. They took us to historical places & some shopping areas but nobody forced for any purchases. Their tour guides are well educated & explained history of all the places we visited. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to have a luxury holidays for 10 days in a budget of about $1000.No need to worry about water,food and street crimes. There was plenty of free bottled water everywhere, even in our bus. Western food outlets were found wherever we went and there is no trouble unless you ask for it.

首先第一个印象就是服务不太好，我刚下车大包小包的进酒店，大堂服务生一不主动开门，二不帮忙拿行李。前台也只有一个服务员，同时有人check in和out就完全忙不过来。|然后第一次给的房间在7楼，是大床房房间的格局很奇怪，进门就是住的地方，然后洗手间在最深处。洗手间非常大，但是没有浴缸。房间的衣柜推拉门还有点问题。空调也不好，刚开始的两三个小时完全没有暖气，打电话让服务生送剪刀也半天都不来，来了以后发现空调的问题叫工程部的人也半天都不来，工程的人还没来之前空调突然开始送热风，来了以后态度也很差的没有任何解释的就走了。7楼完全被4楼KTV的低音炮震撼，没有办法休息，调换房间到16楼。|16楼的房间是标准间，格局正常了，但是洗手间蛮大依旧没有设置浴缸。第一天点亮了请勿打扰的灯离开房间，回来房间被打扫了一半= =。。窗子外面可以听到楼下的各种声音，隔音做得非常不好。|总体来说价格还蛮合适的，位置也好，但是就是觉得不太满意，细节做的太差了。
