This hotel is located very close to the metro. The check in was very smooth. Ms Zoe at the reception was very kind and super helpful. She even upgraded my breakfast to the Holiday Inn breakfast which was a lavish spread compared to the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The property was clean. The room was spacious. Good amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time. Again a special mention to Ms Zoey for making my stay comfortable. House keeping staff was also kind to give me extra bottles of water.

This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten. I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.

酒店新造的，一切都很新，人很少。智选的餐厅没开，早餐直接假日用的，性价比提现。服务也很周到，完全ok。忘带电源线，前台很速度的给我借到了，赞一个。说说不足：新造的酒店可能开了新风系统，房间确实很暖和，空气质量也不错，但是极度的干燥。也没有一个加湿器，2晚都是被干醒的，喉咙剧痛。希望以后能改进吧。

新酒店，服务很好，前台及礼宾部人员总是笑脸相迎，有求必应。房间整体非常干净，除了洗护用品个人觉得差了一些以外，其他都觉得很满意，由于和假日酒店连在一起，而且又是新开酒店，入住率还不是很高，所以早餐是在假日酒店的餐厅吃的，服务人员基本没有主动服务意识，餐厅其他一般。

The hotel staff are very friendly. They were able to speak a little English which helped a lot. The room itself is clean and spacious. I initially booked for one night but then ended up booking an additional nights stay. The breakfast that is included is a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was alright. The food could have been warmer with a few more options. Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. I would book again.

大堂较小，但还算温馨。因是新开酒店，电梯有味道，电梯间无装饰。7层走廊是弧形走廊，找电梯厅会有些绕的感觉。房间软装相较住过的北京亦庄智选假日酒店稍差一些。目前早餐是在隔壁的假日酒店内用餐，早餐丰富度高，但不够美味。大堂和餐厅服务人员服务挺好。

开业不久的酒店，所以客房卫生干净，设施都很齐全，没有损坏的情况。 早餐不错，选择种类丰富。 周围有万达广场，所以吃饭购物还算方便。但离市中心有些距离。
