My room was OK, no surprise and no disappointment. It’s meant for business and/or conference. It served its purpose, and I slept well. Breakfast was of the local style. Will be a bit of a challenge for overseas visitors. That said, will find enough to eat.||It’s about 8 minutes’ walk to the subway station and then you can take the No.3 and No.5 lines and reach most places in the city. Also, it’s next to a canal. I enjoyed a morning walk.

我的房间还不错，没有惊喜，也没有失望。它适用于商务和/或会议。它达到了它的目的，我睡得很好。早餐是当地风格的。对于海外游客来说，这将是一个不小的挑战。不过吃饱就好了。||步行到地铁站约8分钟，可乘坐3号线、5号线到达市内大部分地方。此外，它毗邻运河。我喜欢早上散步。

Last weekend I stayed at Nade Freedom Hotel to be in the audience for the 8th English Public Speaking Contest for College Students of Zhejiang Province at nearby University City College. The hotel experience was satisfactory although it could have been better. For the English Public Speaking Contest the unexpected up and down ratings awarded left me feeling fairly flat. I can truly say performances of our 2 competitors, were tremendous and highly commendable. Check-in process was perfectly proficient and my allocated room was well fitted out, noticeably clean and particularly good value. Major drawback with my room; there was not one English speaking television channel which has never happened to me before in China travelling to more than 20 cities. Having no BBC or other western news nor a western movie channel; at very least makes mockery of purported 4 star ranking. At 10:45pm, I needed to telephone the reception desk concerning extremely loud music from downstairs party. Situation should have been rectified by senior duty manager without needing my complaint to act. At breakfast I heard someone else critically mention same. Breakfast was reasonably varied and well presented. Yogurt was really good but orange juice wasn’t up to scratch. Toaster only heated on one side and needs to be repaired or replaced. Some dirt and dust could be seen along skirting boards behind front office reception desk. This bad presentation wouldn’t be fault of Housekeeping Department but front office staff not making sure their space looked the very best possible. All round I can say Nade Freedom Hotel would benefit significantly if Liu Qing Qing from sister Hangzhou Nade Hotel could be included in its management structure.

上周末，我入住纳德自由酒店，作为观众观看在附近大学城学院举行的第八届浙江省大学生英语演讲比赛。酒店的体验还是令人满意的，虽然还可以做得更好。对于英语公开演讲比赛，出人意料的上下评分让我感觉相当平淡。我可以真心地说，我们两位选手的表现非常出色，值得高度赞扬。办理入住手续的过程非常熟练，我分配的房间布置得很好，非常干净，而且特别物有所值。我的房间的主要缺点是：在中国，没有一个英语电视频道没有经历过在20多个城市巡回演出的经历。没有 BBC 或其他西方新闻，也没有西方电影频道；至少是对所谓的四星排名的嘲讽。晚上 10 点 45 分，我需要打电话给前台，询问楼下聚会的音乐声非常吵闹。这种情况应该由高级值班经理来纠正，而不需要我的投诉来采取行动。早餐时我听到其他人批评性地提到同样的事情。早餐种类丰富而且布置得很好。酸奶确实不错，但橙汁却达不到标准。烤面包机仅一侧加热，需要维修或更换。前台接待台后面的踢脚板上可以看到一些污垢和灰尘。这种糟糕的展示并不是客房部的错，而是前台工作人员没有确保他们的空间看起来尽可能最好。总的来说，我可以说，如果能够将姊妹酒店杭州纳德酒店的刘青青纳入其管理架构，那么纳德自由酒店将受益匪浅。

本次入住为18楼地普通标间。客房面积较大，满铺地毯，装修偏欧式现代，风格简约，房间无异味景观良好，空调可自由调节至体感舒适的温度。客房服务响应速度比较快，服务员有礼貌，应该是培训比较到位。客房拖鞋、洗漱用品档次一般，无夜灯设计，床头无插座。早餐品种丰富，色香味都很不错，见到管理人员要求撤换品相不够的包点，精益求精，很好。应为是跟随旅行社，团队价格未知。

My wife and I stayed in this hotel recently as part of a tour and it was an underwhelming experience. Pros: good shower,comfortable bed and decent sized room.|Cons:street and hotel noise was excessive,keeping me awake one night,even though we were on the 10th floor(ask for a room at the back);a long drive because of traffic congestion from West Lake,Hangzhou's main tourist area(at least an hour), Too hot room temp despite a/c which was noisy as well as inefficient;non existent wifi except in lobby;poor western style breakfast;threadbare carpets and decoration in need of attention;although lobby is large it is uninviting with 6 chairs available.|Would I stay in this hotel again? No! I would,rather pay a little more and be nearer the centre of Hangzhou and have a better hotel.

我和我的妻子最近作为旅行的一部分住在这家酒店，这是一次令人印象深刻的经历。优点：淋浴很好，床很舒服，房间大小合适。|缺点：街道和酒店的噪音太大，让我一晚上睡不着，尽管我们在 10 楼（要一间后面的房间）；开车很长一段时间，因为距杭州主要旅游区西湖的交通拥堵（至少一个小时），房间温度太热，尽管有空调，噪音大且效率低；除了大堂外不存在无线网络；西式早餐差；破旧的地毯和装饰需要注意；虽然大堂很大，但有 6 张椅子，但很不吸引人。|我会再次入住这家酒店吗？不！我宁愿多花一点钱，靠近杭州市中心，住一家更好的酒店。

刚住了的这家酒店，感觉还不错。7月份刚开张的。东西很新。不过应该还不是五星级，看起来还是只有四星级的水平。||酒店地处城北CBD，比邻京杭大运河，集会议，餐饮和住宿于一体。在拱墅区湖州街，但是附近配套环境很不错，有小河直街历史文化街区、京杭大运河---杭州段、青莎公园、北星公园，附近有浙江树人大学和浙大城市学院。||酒店前台挺漂亮，服务也很周到。各类信用卡均可使用。||早餐一般，跟进空缺比较慢。有比较特色的餐厅，环境很不错。但是价格偏贵，所以也可以到周边的一些特色餐馆去尝尝。||我是通过艺龙的团购的客房，298元。 官方原门市价916，网上价格428元。||因为城北是出租车的一个交接班点，所以打车还比较方便。杭州有叫车电话和叫车QQ，所以打车还是比较方便的。||下次有机会还住这家~~~

We stayed here for two nights, it was a pleasant experience, lovely hotel.||Bedroom was nice and big, it was clean, had a desk, massive window with a city view, the bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, great shower, could have been a bit brighter in there but ah well it just added to the mood.||The breakfast was good, great selection, tasty Chinese and European options, lots of space in the dining room.||The hotel was super clean throughout, we had no issues while staying here, good location, some shops and restaurants within walking distance.||Would stay here again.

我们在这里住了两晚，这是一次愉快的经历，可爱的酒店。||卧室又漂亮又大，很干净，有一张桌子，大窗户可以看到城市景观，床又硬又舒服。浴室很可爱，淋浴很棒，本来可以更亮一点，但是啊，这只是增添了气氛。||早餐很好，选择很多，有美味的中式和欧式选择，餐厅有很大的空间。 ||酒店自始至终都超级干净，我们住在这里时没有遇到任何问题，位置很好，步行即可到达一些商店和餐馆。||会再次住在这里。

Wonderful western-style hotel with all of the amenities. Very clean, comfortable. The bathroom and shower were particularly spectacular! Breakfast buffet was particularly good. This was the best hotel of our tour of China, and I was sad to leave because we were treated so well there.

很棒的西式酒店，设施齐全。 非常干净，舒适。 浴室和淋浴特别壮观！ 自助早餐特别好。 这是我们中国之行住过的最好的酒店，离开时我很难过，因为我们在那里受到了很好的待遇。

The name Nade Hotel can be confusing , as there are 4 hotels in Hangzhou with the same name. It is a high tower hotel far away from the city. Approx one Hour drive from Westlake in a suburb. In the hotel is a restaurant, and for the rest nothing in the surrounding! There is a huge building pit next to the hotel and a university nearby. A bit lonely in the night, as you can not go anywhere and no English TV channel. But rooms are very spacious, with a extreme big bathroom and desk to work.

纳德大酒店这个名字可能会让人感到困惑，因为杭州有4家同名酒店。这是一座远离城市的高塔酒店。距郊区西湖约一小时车程。酒店内有一家餐厅，其他的周围什么都没有！酒店旁边有一个巨大的建筑坑，附近有一所大学。晚上有点孤独，因为你不能去任何地方，也没有英语电视频道。但房间非常宽敞，有一个非常大的浴室和办公桌。
