半岛凯豪大酒店

The hotel surprised us we a room upgrade..We were lucky and could enjoy the sunrise from our bed all the two nights we stayed. The location is central but attraction like the ancient town is a bit far. Nevertheless we could enjoy this as a starting point for a long distance cycling trip around the Qiandao Lake.

酒店给我们升级了房间，这让我们很惊讶。我们很幸运，我们住的两晚都可以在床上欣赏日出。位置在市中心，但是古镇之类的景点有点远。尽管如此，我们还是可以把这里作为环千岛湖长途自行车旅行的起点。

这是家四星级酒店，打完折四百多。酒店规模小，客房比较好，床比较舒服，装修属于中等吧，房间内没有电脑，不过有网线，网速还挺快的，家居是深咖啡色的，有电视柜和写字台。隔音效果挺好的，卫生也挺好的。服务员的办事效率挺快的，不过礼貌用语稍微差点。整体印象很好。酒店地理位置好，交通购物方便，早餐种类比较时候。

酒店卫浴全都是TOTO的，感觉不错。住在26楼窗外景色挺美，新安江早上很厚的雾气超美，像仙境！房间布置也很周道，小到文具橡皮，尺子，订书机等，大到浴衣也有厚薄两套，还有熨斗，熨衣板，还有玩具魔方。有无线网络，方便。服务员也很热情晚上会来收拾房间，放拖鞋，矿泉水也主动帮忙添加，我说不用了，我放在冰箱里了。自助晚餐和早餐，个人觉得虽然没有别人的评价那么好，但也是对的起它的价格，现在是108一位，总的来说还挺好的，值得入住的酒店。

This hotel is located very close to the city centre of Jiande and it is also within walking distance to the river. In actual fact, Jiande revolves around the river as it's the hometown to one of China's most popular bottled water brand: Farmer Spring Water and it's also home to China's first hydrostation that's locally built and designed (with little help from Russian engineers too). And a way, Kaihao is the landmark building in the City Centre as it is the tallest building. The hotel room is value-for-money and it's very spacious with all amenities provided. It is conducive for business meetings in the room as it has a proper couch set and that it has a lounge chair to complement its mighty spacious bed. The room rate includes the breakfast buffet, which puts shame to Western style buffet in Western countries. There is a very healthy selection of food and you won't be shortchanged. The cafe/pub on the ground floor is a bit sad with limited choices of beverages and the environment is ruined by Chinese guests that were behaving badly. Taxi could be hailed very easily and if you were to arrive here in a car, don't fret because it has a lot of carparks at the rear. The hotel needs a bit of spruce up but then again, I am nitpicking because it's truly value-for-money. If you were to escape from hustle bustle of Hangzhou, Jiande is truly worth visiting.

每次到建德出差，都會選擇建德城區應該算最好的半島凱豪大酒店。||酒店位于建德市新安東路688號。酒店地理位置很好，就在新安江邊上，下樓走上幾步就到新安江了，十分方便。領略新安江的飄渺奇霧，感受新安江的風清水涼，輕松惬意、心曠神怡。進入大堂很氣派！服務員服務很熱情，總台服務員漂亮有氣質，進門看不見總台的位置，設計不合理，希望改進，到四樓去遊泳，竟然電梯寫了一個5B。不至于這樣吧。

The hotel is officially a 5 star hotel, but as a European you would rate it a fair 3+. The rooms are OK, but with big stains on the carpet, wet stains at the ceiling in the bathroom and beds which are quite hard (Chinese style). Generally the room is clean and quite.||The English capabilities of the staff are very limited and communication difficult. Check in is very slow. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Motorbikes are welcome.||The buffet restaurant is OK. There are many dishes OK for an European and even original German sausages are served. The same for the break feast, the selection is not outstanding but OK. Our recommendation is the Tepanyaki restaurant. It's much better and not more expensive.||The prices in the hotel are fair to low.||For a few day stay the hotel is fully OK.

这家酒店是一家正式的 5 星级酒店，但作为一个欧洲人，你会认为它是 3 星级以上。房间还可以，但是地毯上有很大的污渍，浴室的天花板上有湿渍，床很硬（中国风格）。总的来说，房间干净又安静。||工作人员的英语能力非常有限，沟通很困难。办理入住手续非常慢。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。欢迎摩托车。||自助餐厅还可以。有很多适合欧洲人的菜肴，甚至还有原汁原味的德国香肠。休息盛宴也是如此，选择不是很出色，但还可以。我们推荐的是铁板烧餐厅。更好，而且不是更贵。||酒店的价格相当低。||对于几天的住宿来说，酒店完全可以。

本来想订千岛湖边的酒店，由于下订单晚了，湖边的酒店都订完了，朋友推荐了这家酒店，没想到却收获了意外的惊喜。且不说酒店免费地将我们订的房间升了级，房间的整堵玻璃墙竟然正对着新安江和江对岸的群山，早上醒来满眼都是葱绿和雾气腾腾的江面，感觉好极了！酒店的服务也相当细致到位，不仅每天提供水果盘、晚上每个房间还提供睡前牛奶2杯，最让我感动的是，一天游历回来，竟然连电蚊香都已经替你点好，感觉非常窝心！希望酒店能一直都保持住这些优良的细节服务！

单位同事一起到建德玩预定的酒店，环境很好，很安静，但因为旅游旺季，入住的人很多，服务员的效率有待提高。我们定的商务大床房，床睡着很舒服，其他用品也都很干净，感觉不错。早餐品种虽然不少，但人实在太多了，有点哄抢的感觉，估计淡季去应该会更好吧
