Our hotel room was clean and had a nice view of the city. We didn’t have the time to check out the breakfast. However I will say that our room was very small, barely any space to move around.

我们的酒店房间很干净，城市景观也很漂亮。我们没时间去看看早餐。不过，不得不说，我们的房间真的很小，几乎没有活动空间。

Although the entrance was difficult to find (check-in counter is on the 11th floor) the staff were very helpful and forthcoming even though my Chinese ability somewhat lacked. The room was super clean and had such a beautiful view of the river!! The breakfast was amazing…I spent 2 hours at breakfast haha. The location was perfect for my business needs. It was very very quiet and peaceful at night. Will be back again when I’m in Hangzhou

虽然入口有点难找（入住柜台在11楼），但工作人员非常乐于助人，即使我的中文水平略有欠缺。房间超级干净，河景也美极了！早餐太棒了……我花了两个小时吃早餐，哈哈。地理位置非常适合我的商务需求。晚上非常安静祥和。下次来杭州还会再来。

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks. The service here is amazing and the staff is very helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and beautiful views. The hotel is also located in a nice area close to malls, shops and restaurants and of course walking distance to the river. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back again.👏🏻👌🏻🙌🏻😁

我和我的伴侣在这家酒店住了两个多星期。这里的服务非常棒，员工乐于助人、友善热情。酒店非常干净，房间舒适，配有空调，景色优美。酒店地理位置优越，靠近购物中心、商店和餐厅，步行即可到达河边。我会向所有人推荐这家酒店。我一定会再来的。👏🏻👌🏻🙌🏻😁
