A little far from the tourist hot spots. Rooms outdated, but clean. Staff friendly. Gym was closed. Breakfast was okay. Good value for money.

Upon arrival the service desk employee was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room and shower needs more attention. After submitting a complaint about all the dirt under the bed, it was dealt with but only the section highlighted in the picture. When I moved the bed further away from the initial place, I found more dirt and old hotel room slippers. The location is perfect if you are visiting Xixi Wetland.

抵达时，服务台员工非常友好热情。房间和淋浴间的清洁度需要加强。我投诉床底下很脏，酒店确实清理了图片中标记出来的区域。当我把床挪开一些后，发现更多污垢和酒店房间里用过的拖鞋。如果您要去西溪湿地游玩，酒店位置倒是很理想。

This is an excellent hotel when visiting Xixi wetlands area. Breakfast is mostly Chinese buffet but does include Western cereal, coffee and toast. There are no knives and forks except for the kiddies set, which works for speaking butter. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the head manager. The rooms have a great view and third floor rooms have a balcony. This is a wonderful place to sit and listening to the birds.

这家酒店是游览西溪湿地的绝佳下榻之所。早餐以中式自助餐为主，但也提供西式麦片、咖啡和吐司。除了儿童餐具套装外，没有其他餐具，儿童餐具套装用来涂抹黄油也挺方便。员工热情友好，乐于助人，尤其是经理。房间视野极佳，三楼的房间还带有阳台，是聆听鸟鸣的绝佳场所。
