Stayed here twice now. Service is the same. Only issue is language; not easy to converse in English. Other than that, the staff are extremely friendly. This year, a large shopping plaza has come up within 5 minutes waking distance. It has restaurants (KFC, Pizza hut and local restaurants) and large supermarket where you can buy almost everything. There is also a 7-eleven kind of store attached to it. The whole hotel complex is rather big with a Karaoke club, Spa, movie theater, restaurants etc. ||||The rooms are clean and good size. Very comfortable except that the A/C tends to get noisy at times. The breakfast is the same pretty much everyday. But, if you do not want to eat outside, then the one restaurant in the hotel would be the place to eat. No late dining. Now they have wifi has well inside the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located across the China Academy of Art. If you need to get to Hangzhou town you can take a taxi (~RMB 100) or a bus. ||||If you are looking for a safe, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, then this is a good bet.

I have now stayed at this hotel twice, most recently in March 2014. My room was very comfortable with a large bed. The bathroom was enormous and also well optioned with separate shower and bath. ||||A relatively new hotel it is very comfortable and very friendly. While it is located outside of town it is very handy to the University across the road, and there is a shopping centre with a supermarket and a choice of restaurants and bakeries approximately 400m up the road.||||I would recommend it and happily stay here again.

Really noisy, dirty, not clean hotel.|You have metro under construction in front of the hotel.|The AC system is really old and noisy.|The air purifier in the room is broken.|The floor carpet is covered of spits.|It's allowed to smoke in the room.|The breakfast food is made for laowai but it's not good, most of customers only eat oranges...||Due to cheep price, It's kind of love hotel for students.

真的很吵，很脏，不干净的酒店。|酒店前面正在建设地铁。|空调系统真的很旧而且很吵。|房间里的空气净化器坏了。|地板地毯上都是口水。 |房间里可以抽烟。|早餐是给老外做的，但是不好吃，大部分客人只吃橘子……||因为价格便宜，有点像学生情趣酒店。
