Overall condition of room were acceptable. Bed sheet were clean or at least visible clean.Staff were friendly however need to be ‘coerced’ to carry requests. Had to insist housekeeping check our room so that deposit can be return before we left the hotel.Check in staffs did not explain that free transportation from hotel to airport were hotel’s bus fixed timing, leading to misunderstandings that transportation can be arranged on ad hoc basis.

房间的整体条件还算可以接受。床单很干净，或者至少看起来很干净。工作人员很友好，但需要“强迫”来满足要求。不得不坚持要求客房服务人员检查我们的房间，以便在我们离开酒店之前退还押金。办理入住的工作人员没有解释从酒店到机场的免费交通是酒店的巴士固定时间，导致误会可以临时安排交通。
