诸暨大酒店

The hotel has a very good location. Next to the river, it's nice to take a walk when the weather is good. Although the room faces the road next to the river, it's not noisy at night. The room was very clean, but the soundproofing was poor. You can hear what's going on in the next rooms. The room was decently equipped, however there are still details to be optimised, such as the shower room. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, almost 5-star standard.

酒店位置非常好。就在河边，天气好的时候散步也不错。虽然房间临河临马路，但是晚上不吵。房间很干净，但是隔音效果很差。你可以听到隔壁房间里发生的事情。房间设施不错，但还有一些细节有待优化，比如淋浴间。工作人员很友好，早餐也很棒，几乎是五星级的标准。

The hotel is well-located in the city center, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist sites. The room was clean and quiet. The services were also good. The breakfast was brilliant with so many choices, and there was even a small children's playground next to it so that parents can enjoy their food more. The hotel also offers free parking.

酒店位于市中心，地理位置优越，可轻松前往餐厅、商店和旅游景点。房间干净又安静。服务也很好。早餐很丰盛，选择非常多，旁边还设有一个小型儿童游乐场，让家长们可以更多地享受美食。酒店还提供免费停车场。

The hotel has an excellent location, just next to the river that runs through the city. Our room was river view, but quite. The staff were generally quite friendly and helpful. Some facilities in the room could be improved a bit. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices for both oriential style and European style.

酒店地理位置优越，紧邻贯穿城市的河流。我们的房间可以看到河景，但是很安静。工作人员总体上非常友好和乐于助人。房间里的一些设施还可以再改进一下。早餐很棒，有很多东方风格和欧式风格的选择。

Overal good experience ! It’s modern, well maintained the only thing what was weird ; is that there is a rule but doesn’t apply to everyone - example : borrowing an umbrella , some need to give their keycards as deposit and some not.. either do it all or don’t do it at all.

总体体验不错！它很现代，维护得很好，唯一奇怪的是；是有一条规则，但并不适用于所有人 - 例如：借一把雨伞，有些人需要提供钥匙卡作为押金，有些则不需要……要么全部做，要么根本不做。

環境清潔，服務品質良好！每個角落頭充滿回家後，那種溫暖的感覺！早餐部分也很棒，比起一般飯店精緻一些！值得推薦！

地點方便， 第二次入住，酒店友善有禮， 免費升級了房間乾淨舒服，性價比高 ，旅遊出差首選 、 下次必定會再入住

飯店服務良好，人員接待很親切！房間服務機器人操作，感覺很美好😊！身為港澳台區域的人民，這是沒見過的服務，很新鮮！

床上用品的质量很好，特别是床很舒服，房间整体比较舒适，虽然酒店的外观给人的感觉不是很好，感觉不够档次的样子，但是里面新装修过很好。四楼是一个咖啡厅，有时候和朋友一起休息一下很方便，三楼是餐厅，口味种类都是很精致，不过价格有一些贵。包厢里面有个两个服务员，但是我感觉服务人员的管理方面和素质方面还是需要提高，服务意识不是特别的强。
