Pu Su Hotel

This is a great hotel with beautiful rooms and good service. Before we arrived, the staff contacted us to make sure we have the right address and some further information about the surroundings. We didn't know it when we booked, but it's actually right at the margins of a very nice old neighborhood called the "Calligraphy Sage Historic Site", which boasts lovely canal views, little alleys with shops and restaurants, a Shaoxing yellow wine brewery, and sightseeing spots like the former Residence of Cai Yuanpei. Attention: This pin on Google maps is completely off, it's actually more or less in the location of another pin named "Beijing Grand View Garden" on here, so if you need to navigate, use that one to get to the right place.

Very nice hotel in one of the old quarters of Shaoxing. The building is very old but renovated in a tasteful way. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. Staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is no food here but its not a problem as there are many restaurants nearby. The price was fair too. The pin on google maps is wrong, better follow another map app or wait for the hotel to send you the location.
