Shangri-La Hotel, Zhoushan

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

酒店工作人员很好，但我在使用 Visa 信用卡付款时遇到了问题。作为全球品牌酒店“香格里拉”，预计可以接受国际信用卡付款，但不幸的是没有成功。而且Trip.com与酒店没有“在线支付”协议，我可以轻松提交付款，但再次不成功。希望您可以改善您的服务和协议，为在中国大陆的外国客人提供更好的支持。

服務非常好，員工友善，周邊環境很舒服，夜景很美。房間還可以，只是冷氣太弱晚上有點熱還有房間隔音不太好。早餐選擇很少，而在湯面裡發現有小昆蟲，不是太好。

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the excellent location and the quietness of Shangri-La in Zhoushan - we were very well served by the lobby manager in arranging our individual trips to the different sightseeing spots in the area. Current shortcoming of the hotel is that there is no gym in the hotel. Furthermore, the bathroom / toilet in our room was very small which based on my previous experiences with many Shangri-La hotels in Asia should not be the Shangri-La standard. All in all, a very comfortable stay to explore Zhoushan, Zhujiajian and Putuoshan.

我们住了两晚，享受了舟山香格里拉酒店优越的地理位置和安静的氛围——大堂经理为我们提供了周到的服务，为我们安排了前往该地区不同观光景点的个人旅行。酒店目前的缺点是酒店内没有健身房。此外，我们房间的浴室/卫生间非常小，根据我之前在亚洲许多香格里拉酒店的经历，这不应该是香格里拉的标准。总而言之，对于游览舟山、朱家尖和普陀山来说，这是一次非常舒适的住宿体验。

Hotel staff is kindly hospitalityRoom service is not availableCoffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

酒店工作人员很热情好客，不提供客房服务，房间里不提供咖啡，应该去一楼喝免费咖啡。早餐比二星级酒店还差，很差，我当时都怀疑这家酒店是真的香格里拉还是假的！！

跟朋友一起去普陀山，到得晚就在舟山住下了，一如既往地选择了香格里拉品牌。酒店不大，但设施设备一应俱全，服务也很热情。目前酒店周边正在施工，据说年底会建成一个观景台，下次来倒是可以参观一下。

酒店以餐饮为主，房间数量不多 ，每年都去普陀山，每年住喜来登，今年看到这里开了香格里拉 过来体验一下，比其他香格里拉比风格很不同 但是服务很好，唐经理很热情

第一次来舟山，入住香格里拉，这家香格里拉有点特别，不是传统酒店概念，增加了电子操控设备，可以用手机连接房间内各电器设备。大堂跟小资时尚，服务热情。旁边就是美术馆，很有艺术气息。

整個酒店非常新，環境好，最人性化是房間有即熱飲水機，時刻可以喝到熱水； 地下室有充電粧，電車能充電，前台接待人員很熱情，迎賓水果很新鮮，品類豐富， 張經理人超級熱心，之後有機會再來👍
