Hampton by Hilton Sanya Weiming Lake Park

Firstly I’d like to highlight the concierge Zhuqionghua, he was superb, tried speaking English and was very helpful in arranging diving trips and enlightening us about knowledge for the surrounding areas. The breakfast wasn’t bad, a variety of options provided. The gym is lacking facilities, it’s very small and the location is not the most suitable. Overall the location is very good for accessing most attractions in sanya but for the price I’d recommend selecting the best rooms or else consider other options.

首先我要强调一下礼宾部的朱琼华，他人超好，会说英语，非常乐于助人安排潜水行程，还给我们讲解了周边地区的知识。早餐还不错，有多种选择。健身房设施缺乏，很小，位置也不是最合适。总的来说，位置非常适合前往三亚的大多数景点，但就价格而言，我建议选择最好的房间，或者考虑其他选择。

酒店位置理想，有地庫停車場。大堂對望湖景，心曠神怡。前台服务細心有禮，入住後有机械人送水果到房間。房間乾淨衞生，睡得舒服。唯一要批評的是自助早餐，供應食物不夠，沒有什麼款式選擇，七点钟一开始有旅行團住友瘋湧入場食早，所有食物很快就掃光了，等了很久也没有補充，对这样失策的安排感到失望😞

酒店房不大, 但很整潔, 頗舒適, 咖啡室的早餐也頗豐富，酒店人員很熱情, 禮賓員朱大哥十分貼心的幫忙, 值得推薦酒店!

1.陽台門是壞的；2.電視遙控器是壞的；3.訂了五天，後三天房卡失效；4.無一次性拖鞋；5.地下停車場繳費小程序永遠無法繳費，並且髒亂差！6.投訴後瞬間變試睡員，感謝我提的建議！我是來享受服務的，不是來提建議的。

旅遊多选希尓頓欢朋酒店，三亞未名湖是目前为止比较差的，房间乾淨但很小，阳台花都枯了，椅墊也髒，早餐也遠不如海南其他的希尓頓酒店

locating the hotel at first was a bit difficult but finally I located it, the front desk service was great the young man there spoke little English and was very helpful, he helped me locate the best seafood place, the hotel meal wasn’t that great not a wide range of options but overall it was a great experience.

一开始找酒店有点困难，最后还是找到了，前台服务很好，那里的年轻人不会说英语，非常乐于助人，他帮我找到了最好的吃海鲜的地方，酒店的饭菜不是很好选择范围不是很广，但总的来说这是一次很棒的体验。
