三亚国光豪生度假酒店

Staying at the Howard Johnson Resort was a lot of fun. The overall service was friendly and helpful but needed a foreign translator on staff. The location was perfect for traveling and staying close to the airport and beach. Several close stores. Several amenities were closed. Only one pool was open and the only western restaurant was closed. I would consider staying again in the future if more was open.

住在豪生度假村很有趣。整体服务友好且乐于助人，但需要一名外籍翻译。该位置非常适合旅行和住宿，靠近机场和海滩。几家关闭的商店。一些设施被关闭。只有一个泳池开放，唯一的西餐厅也关门了。如果有更多的开放，我会考虑将来再次入住。

The hotel is stunning absolutely beautiful for anyone really~ a lot of families with little kids, the property is huge and the grass is amazing with the palm trees and the end of the place theirs the beach so you have everything really~ plus mc and kfc next door haha

这家酒店对于任何人来说都是令人惊叹的，绝对美丽~很多带着小孩子的家庭，酒店很大，草地和棕榈树令人惊叹，地方的尽头是海滩，所以你真的什么都有~还有麦当劳和肯德基隔壁哈哈

The location is awesome, short walk to the beach. Despite of half swimming pools being closed - the rest is well maintained and children loved it. Room could be cleaned better. And the crib that they offer for 1yo isn’t safe for 1yo. It’s meant for a new born. The breakfast is dreadful. Everything looked stale. Same options everyday for 5 days that we stayed. Coffee flavor - disgusting.

位置很棒，步行不远便可到达海滩。尽管一半的游泳池关闭了，但其余的都维护得很好，孩子们很喜欢。房间可以打扫得更好一些。他们为 1 岁以下儿童提供的婴儿床对于 1 岁以下儿童来说并不安全。这是为新生儿准备的。早餐很糟糕。一切看起来都陈旧了。我们住了 5 天，每天都有同样的选择。咖啡味——恶心。

酒店近機場,卻有非常好的度假體驗, 泳池極大, 很適合一家大小。有免費旅拍, 專業攝影師為你拍出酒店内的靚相。有通道直接通往三亞灣沙灘。雖然是度假酒店, 但附近有一個商場,食店商店齊備, 是很多度假酒店缺乏的。酒店門口有巴士站,可以直達各主要景点, 真是一個極佳位置的酒店。

The hotel shows 5-6 pools on their listing but only 2 are operational. The main swimming pool has cockroaches swimming together with guests and manager does not care because it’s located outside. (But kids swim in this pool mostly.) The Korean Palace Restaurant is truly 15% Korean to say at best.

酒店的房源信息显示有 5-6 个泳池，但只有 2 个正在运营。主游泳池有蟑螂与客人一起游泳，经理并不关心，因为它位于室外。 （但孩子们大多在这个泳池里游泳。） 韩国宫殿餐厅最多可以说是真正的 15% 韩国菜。

房間设施有点陈旧，但整体环境还不错，前台的小美女钟美坤服務很好，退房落了条裤子，联系了小钟很快给递回了，非常感谢！！

Hotel’s location is great - the first line at the best beach in Hainan: Sanya bay. It takes just 3 minutes to cross the underground tunnel and you find yourself right at the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful. Staff is helpful. Cleaning is done every day. Unfortunately, despite hotel’s gigantic territory, only 5th part of it can be really used. Although it looks like hotel has 4 swimming pools and ponds, in reality only central one is working. Hot springs are located right next to the majority of hotel rooms, so 14:30-22:00 it’s impossible to relax in the room because big families are all enjoying hot springs, producing plenty of noise. There is no bar at the pool. No lunch and dinner buffet at the hotel. Although my stay here was okay, I’m not planning to visit this hotel again.

酒店位置很棒——海南最好的海滩一线：三亚湾。穿过地下隧道仅需 3 分钟，您就会发现自己就到了海滩。自助早餐美味又丰盛。工作人员很乐于助人。每天都会进行清洁工作。 不幸的是，尽管酒店面积巨大，但真正可以使用的只有五分之一。虽然看起来酒店有 4 个游泳池和池塘，但实际上只有中央一个在工作。温泉大部分位于酒店房间旁边，所以14:30-22:00期间不可能在房间里放松，因为大家庭都在泡温泉，产生很大的噪音。泳池边没有酒吧。酒店不提供自助午餐和晚餐。虽然我在这里住得还不错，但我不打算再去这家酒店了。

Beautiful hotel, great service, incredible location, and facilities. I would have given this 5/5 for all but the coffee in the morning breakfast was well below average. Super bitter and tasted like water daily, but this would be my only complaint. Other than that, super great location, beach just across the road, many kids activities, pools, kids club, kids playground, and more! Very nice BBQ with live Philippino band singing some great Western and Chinese songs within the resort compound. The balcony view, with the Ocean View chosen, is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended to families who want a relaxing and beautiful area to stay.
